Part 54

"nahi…mujhe pata nahi…batav?" maan said walking towards her.

"haan batavungi…….i am dancing…the whole day" geet shouted and turned around and stood folding her arms and pouted.

Maan came from behind and hugged her from back "wow so my friend is dancing for me….to get me back" maan chuckled.

Geet jerked him away but maan again hold her and said "acha ji to aap bata sakthe ki mujhe sach mein gussa kab avoge aur mein kab natak karunga mein…par app ko yeh nai laga ki mein bhi bata saktha hoon"

Geet cant stop the smile but again tried to maintain the straight face and turned to him "mein aap se baath nai karungi"

"oops par tum to abhi abhi baath ki" maan chuckled.

Geet pouted and maan smiled "chalo teekai if u don't want to tell its ok"

"maan aap aisa puch rahe ho jaise aap ko pata nahi" geed pouted.

"geeet i know….i m just…." Maan said but geet cut him in the middle "haan haan pata hai…aap mujhe tang kar rahe ho"

They both looked at each other and finally smiled.

Their little moment was disturbed by the knock on the door.

Maan went and sat in his chair while geet straightened herself.

Maan "yes?"

They both saw rasika coming in "good morning sir"

"what?" maan came straight to the point.

"sir wo…." Rasika looked at geet and to maan " mujhe aap se akele mein baath karni hai"

"tell me here I don't have time for u" maan said rather rudely looking into his file.

Rasika spoke giving angry glares to geet "sir I came to speak about mr.malhotra's project sir"

"why do u want to talk about that project…u r not handling it" maan said.

"sir but what about the presentation….the clients will come next week" rasika said.

Maan looked at her and said in serious tone "that's none of ur business….go and work on whatever job u r allotted….thats geet's project and she can handle that well…now get lost"

Rasika without another word went out giving deadly glares to geet.

"main bhi chalti hoon sir" geet turned to leave.

"I didn't tell u to leave geet" maan's voice is so calm.

"but I have work…..u know what maan…but boss is such a khados …..if I don't complete the blue prints by given time he will definitely kill me with his looks itself….i should even do the presentation" geet said smiling.

"geeettt…..kya kaha tune….khados?" maan said getting up and walking towards her.

"mujhe jana hai" geet literally ran out of the cabin smiling.

Rasika left the cabin and joined sasha who is waiting for her.

"what happen?" sasha asked.

"he never agree….i don't know what is there in that stupid behenji…." Rasika said fuming.

"I know….she is such a chipku type….always after MK" sasha agreed.

"so now what?" sasha asked rasika.

"look there " rasika poinred to geet who came out of maan's cabin smiling.

"geet I will snatch that smile from u….i will show u what I can do" rasika said determinedly.

"what are we going to do?" sasha asked.

"she is going to give the presentation" rasika said.

"and…." Sasha asked.

"she will never give that presentation….to say she is just destroy the presentation with her own hands" rasika smiled evilly.

"and MK will be angry on her and…."sasha said.

"she will be fired" rasika completed.

They both laughed evilly and gave hi-five to each other.

The whole week is so busy for both geet and maan…they met rarely that too before someone or the other and discussed only about the project.

Misha helped geet in everything in the presentation, blue prints and all.

Maan called them for a meeting that day.

"we are working on this project from a week now and tomorrow mr.malhotra is coming for a meeting and there we are going to disscuss the blue prints and geet " he turned to her "ur presentation is tomorrow….is everything ready?" maan asked.

"yes sir" geet replied confidently.

"what about the blue prints?" he asked.

"blue prints are completed sir" both geet and misha said.

"and other preparations?" maan asked adi.

"done sir….everything is in place" adi said.

"okay….go back to ur work….meeting is at 10 .30a.m" Maan said and went out to attend another meeting.

Next day : 9.00 am

Geet entered her cabin hurriedly carrying a heap of files. Misha came to her.

"is everything okay misha?" geet asked.

"yes geet everything is okay" misha said.

"where is the presentation cd?" geet asked.

"its in the conference hall" misha replied.

"okay….and blue prints?" geet said.

"with me" misha replied.

"and the designs file? Did u do the copies misha?" geet asked.

"haan I did the copies and placed them in the conference hall" misha replied.

"where is adi sir? Did the accounts file ready? And the budget…is the figure okay?...did u check up with adi sir? Did u make changes in the presentation? I think its better to verify again?...what about the 3d model we prepared? Where is it? Where did u keep? Misha…I m asking u something" geet said all in a go.

"geet geet geet…take breath…everything is set….why are u worrying??" misha asked trying to cool her.

"misha this is my first presentation….i m tensed" geet said.

"don't worry geet everthing will be fine" misha assured her.

"misha when will the clients come?"geet asked.

"10 '0 clock" misha replied.

"what is the time now?" geet checked her watch and shouted "omg its 9.30…I must recheck" she tried to go out of the cabin but misha stopped her "geet u sit and calm down I will go and check" with that misha went out of cabin.
