Is Nandini for real?
How can someone be so selfish, narrow-minded and down right cheap?
She lives in Khurana Mansion, her husband works under Maan, her brother and his family is placed under Maaneet's roof. The sister who got her married in the first place (though that was the second biggest blunder in the history of the show after Holi,), now comes secondary.
And what pativrata stunt was she pulling? Not even a fort night ago, she was ready to make his husband slog at the kitchen and make him do house hold chores to satisfy her non-existent ego, and today she goes bad-mouthing her sister and Maan when they are suffering more than she can ever imagine?
But, to be honest, as much as I hated Nano, I liked the twist if you could call it one.
Jealousy, insecurity and hunger for upmanship, can be a foundation to a family duel, which can ultimately lead Dev to being negative and suffer for his sins so far.
Huge scope to tread this track, must be done carefully, keeping the characters in mind.
Ok without going into much details of analyzing the episode, i would like to state my views on the two important points raised tonight.
# Is it fair to either lie or hide truth from your partner?
Its debatable.
On the face value, things must be communicated well, discussed and clarified, but we know its easier said than done, specially for a couple who love each other to the extent of insanity. They have always defied worldly logic, when it came to the well being of the other.
# Now the big bang, Geet decides to meet Vikram.
It better be a trap. Period.
Geet Khurana is no fool to trust a psycho blindly and when she knows what exactly is his husband capable of.
The viewers may be kept in a loop till the point of climax, but it must be a trap set by Maaneet to get hold of Vikram.
But, there is a but, I as an audience am loving this track and chase. So, as much as I want Maan to outsmart Vikram, I dont want him to catch him.
This tension should go on for a while, and the fact that Vikas is doing such an awesome job, only adds to the appeal.
If at all he is beat this time, the next track could be a hard core business rivalry between Maan and Vikram.
A decent start to the week, but Sundeep Sharma, last week have raised our expectations, I am sure you and your wonderful team will live up to it yet again.
God Bless.
P.S. : A special mention to my wonderful friends, Gagori Chatterjee, Deepika Konduru,Sinistral Handa and my one and only Kasturi di, who helped me jot down my take tonight.
Mwahhh ? ? ?
