Sorry, I don't have the link, but what they showed was that arnav had been cutting plants rigoursouly in his garden, just to vent out his angwer about khushi's engagement. In the process, he cuts his hand. So that's when Khushi and Lavanya both sit and put bandage on it, and Lavanya gives Arnav a peck. Along with this, arnav maaros alot of emotional dialogues . So yeah,that's about it!
