Yes ASR got engaged to Khushi... but khushi?

There are umpteen posts on the fact that it was actually asr who tied the band around khushi's finger at the right time and in the right finger... but what about khushi? she did not make ASR wear any ring... instead she was forced to make shyam babua wear the ring in the right finger at the wrong time!!

So will we see a similar thing during La and ASR engagement... where La cannot make ASR wear the ring but ASR would make La engaged?

so what does it mean? that ASR is engaged to Khushi and Khushi to Shyam and that La is not engaged to ASR but he would be engaged to La or rather he would not be as he is already engaged to Khushi?! what a confusion!!Its all so complicated

Okay, Kh is NOT engaged to ASR, neither is ASR to her. That Mandir scene is a symbol, that these 2 r meant by Gods and Destiny to end up together and r made for each other. That's about it.

In the real and reel world an engagement is defined as exchanging of rings - not bandages - and that has been done in Kh's case, with Shyam.

I don't think it will be that easy to find mahurat/ shubh ghari for ASR & La's sagai, first of all. 2ndly, it will either happen then and there in the ME with ASR just putting any damn ring he can lay his hands on at a moment's notice on La's finger - which wud again b a symbol for wrong place, wrong time, wrong woman. And again, ASR wud not be the one 'engaged' (just like Kh was symbolically NOT engaged to Shyam though in reality was). Naniji, Mamiji and Anjali ji will scold ASR for such a rash decision cos they believe in customs.

BUT ASR DOES NOT- and he will simply tell all, that he does not believe in silly customs, and that "sagai ho gayee, baat khatam!" and probably even order La to get him a ring ASAP!!!

Ofcourse ASR's sagai 'ritual' WILL take place in huge fanfare - in coming weeks - cos the serial has to b prolonged at a SNAIL'S PACE MAN!
