my fav wld be nandini, though she is eliminated. she was very fair, clear ideas and had a good team spirit. she sld not have been eliminated.

totally agree wid u... even mine is also Nandini and i like Punit also... he is also very fair & had a gud team sprit...

I like ali for his different creative ideas and Puneet too is good in taking controlof situations to change the course of the project. I think Arundati is always on a role to get what she wants while Nandini seems like she needs support to succeed. Just my opinions.

Ali is good and rakhi too.I like puneet and manish.

Ali - the clear choice. Full of ideas and vision. Good team player and leadership quality

Arundhati - too busy to be the leader and may be not physically fit. gets ill everytime.

Puneet - very soft and more importantly he does not have millionaire mind and big vision. Always lands up with mehendiwali..

Manish - good. But has not shown his own ideas. Generally tend to agree with ideas floated by others.

Irfan - will be elminated in the next episode anyway because of the mess he is creating now.

Nanidini / Rakhi (??) Another lady with Arundhati (not sure nandini or rakhi) - very single minded. She always lands up making posters or cards in computer which she is definitely good at but lacks creativity beyond that.

Partha - good as a labour or team member, does not have managerial capability at all. Does not take any decision.

Who is the 8th One??????? Ah I do not remember
