It could be DK because since Aashana's announcement of her pregnancy, he's been more considerate. He gave in to Aashna's request of a private celebration of her pregnancy and he told Manav to go home to his family and celebrate Diwali instead of working.

This could be his way of showing Manav and Archana that he has a heart and he doesn't always put work first. If he buys the house, he probably feels that with Sulochana back in her home, she will be happy again and therefore Arman will be happy and they will give him the necessary support regarding their chawl.

Why would DK buy K home and for what?????

To give it back to Sulo???

Why would anyone spend Rs.75 Lakh to just give it to some random Sulo...

I am curious to know if it is Mano or someone else...

Seriously, why are they not revealing name of real buyer ??
It was so funny on other episode when DK's wife asks DK, " Aap Archu ke aai ki madad kyu nahi karte, agar aap ki jagah manav hota to wo aap ke saas ki madat zarur karta " 😆
