PART 17

Geet was unable to sleep.

Geet(ST) : Kya Maan thode dino baad chala jayega?? Kaha?? Aur main?? Kya hum phir kabhi mil nahi payenge??!!

The next morning Geet went to Maan's room and knocked the door

Maan opened it

Geet : Hi ,Good Morning

Maan :Hi...itni subah subah yaha???

Geet : Woh...woh main

Maan's phone rang ,He excused himself to receive the call

Meanwhile Geet saw some photographs lying on the desk...first she hesitated to pick and look and them but the photograph on the top attracted her eyes and she picked up to have a look.

Photographs that were in her hands were not some pictures ,they had life ...first pic was of two children one boy and one girl ,the boy was scared of going near the diya on diwalu but the sweet small girl held his hand with a smile ,trying to make him enjoy the light and pleasure of the diya.

Second pic was of a small diyas in a hut,everything around was dark but the lighting in the hut made the whole surroundings beautiful ...a small hut and 4 ,5 diyas. It was again so beautiful.

Third pic was of the shadow of a small boy with balloons in his hand.

and in the next picture ,there was a wall with holes in it ,and light passing through the holes the vertical half of the pic covered the light entering the wall with holes and the second half covered the shadow of the light.

Likewise she saw many pics which should his unique vision of looking at things.

She was fascinated by those pics ,such wonderful pics she thought ...all of them brought a heavenly smile on her face ,each and every picture spoke volumes.

Maan rushed into the room . He seemed as he was in a hurry.

Maan : Geet ,mujh abhi jaana hoga...I have to leave right now Geet.

Geet : Maan ,what happened ?? Is everything alright??!!

Maan started to pack his things in a hurry...I'll tell everything later Geet

Geet was worried ,she helped him in packing his things,she didn't ask im any questions further ,she didn't want to irritate him ...She helped him in packing everthing.

At last Maan rushed towards his jeep ...

Geet didn't know what to say...She stood there watching him ,she was worried .

Maan sat in his jeep .

Just then he turned his face to look at Geet who stood there sad and worried.

He got down and went near her.

Maan : Geet ...Please take care of yourself ,I will call you as soon as I reach there ,please take care, and do call me if you need to talk to me..Ohhkk..??

Geet nodded her head .

Geet held Maan's hand the sadness was visible in her eyes

Geet : Is everything alright.??

Maan looked at her eyes ,he held her hand back .

Maan : Yeah Geet. Please don't worry about me ,you take care

Geet : yeah and you too...Please..!!

Maan left her hand and settled in his jeep .

Geet felt like something very important was going away.

She stood there watching him go.

Maan was driving and he got a call

He stopped his jeep to receive it

Maan : Haan Adi bolo..!! Tum kaha ho??

Ohhkk..I'll reach there in half an hour

Maan drove as fast as possible and her reached a huge parking plot...No one was there

As soon as he reached there a man rushed towards him

Adi : Sir ,jaldi chaliye

Tey started to rush towards a gate ...

Adi : Is gaadi mein baith jaayiye. Media is covering each and ev erything and now let's go from the back side to go unnoticed ..If they will see you ,A lot of wuestions will rise .

Maan followed Adi ..They both went from the back side .

Maan reached the hospital

He slowly moved towards his dadi who was sitting there with tears in her eyes.

Maan : Dadima

Maan hugged his daadi to control her tears .

Maan : sab theek ho jaayega daadi ma ,papa will be absolutely fine ...don't worry.

Just then someone kept their hand on Maan's shoulder.

Maan stood up .

Maan: Dev , papa??

Dev : Papa ko achanak se yeh...

Maan saw his father with ventilalors and all the other equipments he was unable to control himself...He saw his father in this position for the first time .

Maan looked at Dev who was almost broken he went near him and hugged him ...

Maan : Don;t worry Dev ...he will be fine...He'll be fit and fine. Papa hum se bhi zyaada tez bhaagke humse pehle ghar pahunchenge..!! Relax...Don't worry...He hugged his brother and patted his back.

Maan sat on a chair ,he leaned back and closed his eyes...he remembered his last conversation with his father .

----Flashback---

During the breakfast

Maan : Papa kal main jahanpur jaa raha hoon , some subjects in tha place intressted me very much.

Papa : Maan ,ab yeh jahaanpur kaha hai?? Aur Maan why don't you join Khurana Constructions beta...You have studied in one of the top colleges of India ,You are so capapble and I know it...phir bhi tumne photography chose kiya , It can always remain as a hobby.

Maan : Papa please...!!! It's not a hobby...It's my life...I love it ,I enjoy it than anything else ,nayi cheezonn ko dekhna and capturing them is simpl amazing. Doing a 9 to 5 job is not my thing!!!

Hum pehle bhi iske bare mein baat kar chuke hai!!

I can't join KC...!! Please!!

And waise bhi Dev ki padhaai khatm hone hi waali hai ...He'll join you right!!

SO please papa It's my passion I love to explore things ,talk to people ,capture things in my own perspective.

Papa: As you wish beta ,but remember one thing Maan ,KC is always open for you

Maan opened his eyes his eyes were filled with tears.

They were red and filled with tears.

Just then ,he heard a voice

"Mr. Maan Khurana aapke father ko hosh aa gaya"

A smile was spread across Maan's face.

He rushed towards his dad.
