Maan gets a phone call and he starts talking seriously about something over the phone when Geet is still in her dream world with SRK and Shahid...

Maan (brings her back to the reality): Mishti, abhi dream world mein nahi please... Baad mein... I have to go somewhere... Dad has got some work which only I can do... Please let me drop u home and then go to the place I am supposed to go...

Geet: But Maan u said u would spend the entire day with me... U r ditching me now... (makes a sad face)

Maan: Mishti u know na... I cant make u sad ever and especially when its ur birthday... But please try and understand... I will be back in two hours and then the fun time will resume for sure... Pakka I promise... Just give me two hours...

Geet: Alright... Chalo drop me home... I will rest for sometime and then we'll have fun...

Maan drops Geet home and leaves on the condition that he will be back in two hours...

Meanwhile Geet catches up with her friends on phone... All her friends wish her... As it is the two of them never needed any other friends, the others weren't as close to her as Maan was except Meera... Meera was another of their friend who was close to both Maan and Geet since they were toddlers but Meera had moved to USA with her parents when Geet and Meera were 11 years old. Meera had told her that she had sent her a parcel with her birthday gift and Geet was excitedly waiting for Meera's parcel.

Meanwhile Geet had a short power nap because she wanted to be fresh for the evening fun...

Maan on the other hand got busy with some office work and lost the track of time... It was already two hours after he had left Geet back at home by the time he realised the time... He knew he had to face her anger now and nothing can save him...

Maan (to himself): Soch beta, kuch to karna padega na... Nahi to aaj Geet tujhe kha jaayegi dinner mein... I have to think of something...

He knew he had some more work to be done before he could go back to Geet so he made a few calls here and there to get certain things done...

Geet on the other hand wakes up because of an alarm clock in her room...

Geet (shouts at the top of her voice): Maa... Maaa... Kisne rakha hai mere room mein alarm clock..??? Arrrggghhh... Sabko pata hai na how much I hate these alarm clocks... Maaa...

Rano comes to her room running scared if something has happened to her... But listening to her complain about the alarm clock, she makes a phone call and gives her the phone...

Geet: Kaun hai jisne Geet Handa ko alarm clock gift kari hai???

Maan: Madam, ye aapke liye bahut zaroori hai... u need to learn to wake up on ur own and on time...

Geet: Maan, ye galat baat hai... U know na I hate alarm clocks...

Maan: Tabhi to aapko gift kiya hai... Well, there is something else waiting for u beneath ur bed... Check it out and tell me hows it??

Geet gets excited and bends down to check the gift while Maan holds the call...

Geet sees a cute female teddy beneath her bed...

Geet: Maaannn... This is sooo cute...

Maan (bit seriously): Mishti, thoda aaram se... Main yahin phone ke pass hoon... Please mere ears par thoda reham karo... But this isn't it... This cute Mishti has her companion... Search for it in ur room dear... Meanwhile main thoda dad ki help karta hoon...

Geet: Naaaiiiccceee... Iska best friend bhi hai mere room mein... I love them... But haan Mr. Maan Singh Khurana, Mishti sirf main hoon... Hum iska naam kuch aur rakhenge...

Maan: As u wish princess... See you later in an hour... Taiyaar rehna 1 ghante mein... I will see u then... Bbbyeee...

Geet and Maan cut the call when Geet searches for the other teddy which she finds in her room... She keeps both of them cuddling into one another on the side table...

Geet gets ready and waits for Maan... Suddenly the doorbell rang... Geet runs to the door waiting for Maan... She finds there a nice large bouquet of roses along with a smart guy...

Geet: Haye mere sher... Tussi to aaj bahut smart lag rahe ho...

Maan: Aaj meri Mishti ka birthday jo hai... Smart to lagna hi padega...

Geet: Haan haan bilkul... So kahan chal rahe hain hum???

Maan was about to say something when Yash and Romeo come and ask Geet to accompany them for sometime.

Yash and Romeo were other good friends of Maan and Geet... Geet went with them and asked Maan to join them too...

Maan: Mishti tum thoda time spend karo inke saath... I'll join u after I have a small chat with Rano Maa... She had called me earlier...

Maan goes inside and Geet spends sometime with Romeo and Yash... She gets beautiful gifts from all her friends... After an hour or so, Yash and Romeo leave and Geet asks about Maan...

Rano: Beta usne tumhara wait kiya, but then he went back home as Rajveer bhaisaheb had called him...

Geet gets irritated and sits down waiting for him watching television... She calls up Maan but his phone is switched off... Watching television she soon gets bored... She makes a straight face and goes towards her room... When rano asks her to have dinner, she says she is not hungry and is tired so is going to sleep...

But as soon as she enters her room, she is surprised and shocked to what she sees...

Hey friends...

I know it's a short part but I could post only this... I had written the entire part but my system crashed and I lost all my data... Had to write it again and was too lazy to write it up again... The next part will be up soon... Please let me know how u find it,,, Thanks for ur love and support... I feel it was more of a filler part... But next part has something in store for all of u... If u want to be pmed for the updates, kindly send me the buddy request... Its easier for me to keep u updated...

I feel I am a bit slow in updating... Please suggest something... Do u want me to give u small updates twice or thrice a week or one pretty good update once a week... I would then plan my schedule that ways... Studies and all have to be planned so that I am able to give time to this as well...
