The theatre in Jamnagar will be the first to screen the film in the state.
The move comes after the Supreme Court ruled on Monday that exhibitors who want to screen the film could ask for protection from the state government.
Gujarat was the only state where the film was not screened when it released nationwide last month.
The youth wing of the BJP had asked for the film to be banned after Aamir's pro-Narmada comments some weeks ago.
The dam is considered to be a lifeline for the people of Gujarat, and Khan's comments were regarded as anti-state. An apology is also being sought from the star.
