Ways to Increase Rankings

Hey Guys , I noticed that views and activity have a higher percentage . Reason i say this is bcos views are in range of 650, 300, 269...So more views on the page only can bring the rating higher. If we write comments on the article its increasing the buzz which i think has lesser weightage. As per my understanding, the views can be increased when mutiple ids visit the forum page .(Just a guess but feel it has sense)
