I am always up for fitness. Disciplined lifestyle is the best whether in work or exercise. I have been regularly going to gym with my wife Debina since past 8-9 years and I also practice kick boxing. Before becoming an actor, when I was in Jabalpur I used to work out a lot. My muscles are not the result of overnight magic. I apply discipline in my diet. When I was playing Ram in Ramayan, it was important to be fit as my arms and chest had to be visible. Only difference now is that suddenly my physique is being spoken about.
