Aaj to Jai ne khush kar diya...He actually apologised...and that too so unreservedly and with genuine remorse and guilt...I loved the way he couldnt meet Bani's gaze today...and till yesterday, I was totally convinced that it would take a lot for me to forgive him this time, even if our sweet angelic Bani did it easily...But alas...he totally won me over in just a couple of dialogues...NOT FAIR Mr. Jai Walia...!!!!😳
I think today was a defining moment in the Bani-Jai relationship for three reasons...firstly, I thought for the first time, Jai completely understood what Bani was all about...Personally, I got bored with her speech about girls and ghar ki izzat...But it clearly made an impact on him...Till today, he had always been swinging from one extreme to another in his assessment of her...His heart told him one thing, and circumstances another...But after this conversation, he now feels that his heart was rite after all...Bani is not only all that he wanted to believe her to be, but much more...
Secondly, it was the first time, he confessed smthing of what he feels about Bani to her in person...He admitted that he now considers her his life-partner, and this should definitely make Bani more confident and secure about their relationship...It showed in how immediately, she suggested a future course of action to him about Anu...
Thirdly, finally Jai began to treat Bani as someone who is his equal...an individual he can turn to for advice and help, or plain sympathy...I mean, she's the one he'll go and talk to at 3 in the nite if he's worried...ahem!!!...
So basically a nice episode...Jai...continue the good work...and Bani, you can look happier now...smile...laugh...prance about...you've got ur Jai now!!!! What do you guys think???
