18/10/2011 WU- Kamansi wedding/Bharli hit and miss

Epi starts with Gau going back to the mandap and looking pleased with what she has just done. Damroo returns with Gau's baby's milk and hands it to her. Gau is still smiling at her work. The pandit orders the varmalas to be brought in and Mridang goes to get the one from the boys side and everyone is pleased whilst looking at the decorated tray. Murli says 'hum larki wale bhi kisi se kam nahin hain' and orders Damroo to get the varmala from their side. Damroo goes to get the varmala and sees that its all burnt and panics. The pandit says that the shubh mahurat is going hurry up and Murli tells Damroo to hurry. Damroo having no other choice, walks in with the burnt varmala and everyone is shocked! Murli asks how this happened and Damroo whilst crying says that it was not him, a lit diya fell in the tray and the varmala got burnt. Mridang starts having a go at Damroo for not understanding his responsibilities and asks him when will he grow up and act like an adult and that he has ruined the hwole wedding. Damroo is crying and Murli tells Mridang to calm down and that it's a happy occasion here today and that nobody should be upset. Murli says where do we get the other varmala from. Murli looks around and sees two raedy made varmalas next to the pandit and says we will use these. He hands one to Kamla (who instead of looking satisfied looks like a kid in a strop!) and Bhansi. When it is time for the phere Murli, Mridang and Damroo tie the knot between the scarves together. The wedding is complete with the usual rituals and whilst the mangalsutra and sindoor ritual is done Murli remembers his and Bharti's second wedding.

Bharti is shown in the reception venue, looking at the food preparations. Murli is right outside looking for Damroo and Bharti asks a man to bring more salad. The man puts the salad on the table and one of the plates falls off the edge. Bharti bends down to pick it up and at EXACTLY the same time Murli looks inside the reception area for Damroo and MISSES Bharti! (feel like pulling my hair out- but then I thought arre in donon ke liye mein apne baal kyun kharab karoon!). So there was a hit and miss today. Murli finds Damroo standing outside by a car and tells him to stop behaving like a kid and come inside. Damroo feels insulted when Murli calls him a kid and shouts at him telling him to look his an adult now and knows his responsibilities. Damroo says Mridangs shouted at him lie that and he didn't like it because the varmala thing wasn't his fault. Murli consoles him and tells him the its Kamansi's special day and all should be happy so come in. Gau is watching from a distance and smirking.

Thanks for the update so quick too! I couldn't watch much of the ep as probs with internet but seems like i didn't miss much. Gau as bad as ever n still getting away with it. Jumka needs to see her sister poisoning dhamroo so she can stop it having any effect. From the promo a hit n miss was expected.

So true about not pulling your hair for this show n the cruel Cvs!!

Not having too many expectations of a reunion this week but in the back of my mind hoping! Someone said yesterday bout Vani having a romantic track with Murli cos they weren't together in their last life, hope not, can't stand to see murti apart n then have to watch some annoying woman with Murli!! Hopefully we will not have to endure this separation too much longer.

another hit and miss and today again it wud be hit and miss when murli talks to ojha about the food.. i think there was this promo

so guess murli and family wud leave and they wotn meet bharti.

but again i m confused this ojha guy is rival or not rival

from the way he was talking to murli he seemed pleasant enough

These hits & misses - just don't sweat over them. Bharli are not going to meet accidentally - they are only likely to meet once there actually has to be a business meeting b/w the 2 petha rivals.
