The precap shows Khushi running to Arnav and hugging him and the concerned look on his face. This small bit shows so much.. First of all, a person doesn't run to someone they hate. They run to the person they love and want to be close. You don't hug just anyone when you are in tears. You hug the person who cares about you and the one you love. And you don't go to the hospital or hug back a person you don't care about. This scene confirms that they love one another...even if they haven't admitted this to themselves, their hearts know it...and a time of stress causes them to give way to all pretense and let true feelings show! How super will the next few days be...so much anticipation!!!
