I think Arnav will soon begin to suspect Shyam and he will closely monitor his actions and will know about his plans for marrying khushi

He will be angry and both shyam and khushi. But he wont reveal anything because of his love for anjali.

He can do anything, may be marriage or someother track.

He will misunderstand khushi because according to him money is very important to khushi, khushi had accepted his offer for working in RM by taking money from him.

Even I think so!

Shyam won't expect Arnav to turn up at the hospital, of all the people! And Arnav will surely see him there...and probably get to know what he is upto!

And even though most of us are hoping that Arnav doens't misunderstand Khushi, in all probability he is going to misunderstand her (more so, because he is in love and hence will be more prone to hurt and jump to conclusions).

He will marry Khushi, not only to save Anjali's marriage, but also to teach a lesson to Shyam and to Khushi (😭)
