Yoga is the best thing to do in the world. Your face glows after doing it, you really don't have any inner body problems either.. I did Yoga exercises for my breathing problems and I am absolutely fine now. And I continue to do it. And yes, if you eat your dinner or w/ever you want to eat before 8pm, you'll never gain weight. Tried and tested.

I know Smarie, same here.
I dont have the time to make fresh paranthas or the resources nor skills, lol.
Student life is hectic enough, shuffling between classes, internships, and then just random lazying around, lol.
Kareena has a cook that goes with her, that prepares the food for her. That makes a HUGE difference. You can literally function like a machine then. Whatever someoen puts in your mouth that you put on a schedule, you just munch that down.

I toh get only ONE meal in the whole day, that too dinner since I am living away from home and in PG :(( Law Sucks :X

really? i am going to try that. but just curious i thought it was don't eat after 5 or 6pm.

It's less about the time and more about when you go to sleep. In general, eat at least 2, hopefully 3-4 hours before you go to sleep and no sweets like cereal/ice cream/chocolates at night.

What I was told was 8pm. Like even in Kareena's see, its 7pm. So, try 7/7:30?

I am home for the next few months before I go back to living the college life so going to give this a try for the next 15 days so I can fit into my gorgeous Diwali dress and not feel awkward by all the stomach exposure! Woke up decently early (considering I am on vacation) and drank some hot water and lemon... now going for a 20 minute walk before doing some yoga.

This is so not a practical way of living once I start college again cause all of this requires time/patience/effort that I won't have when I am cramming for midterms so for now its a good diet cause I at home with parent's food and all the time in the world but come January, I am probably going back to being a bum and studying.
