Poor Bani is getting Tea for Jai and his Lawyer, Mr. Bhargav. Jai very curtly introduces both of them and then announces matter of fact that he wants a divorce, the Lawyer is embarssed while Bani very calmly asks how much sugar would he like in his Tea.
The Lawyer asks for the grounds of divorce for which Jai says very coldly that his wife is characterless, he wants divorce on the basis of infidieltiy on part of his wife.😡😲 The lawyer looks scandalized as Bani very cooly asks how much sugar would he like in his Tea!
Jai tells the Lawyer that he has signed on the papers and he wants to get rid of his so-called wife as soon as possible. Bani is expressionless while Jai looks muderous with anger.
Pia and Pushkar speak to one another and kind of have an understanding again! Pushkar convinces Pia that he loves her a lot and she also acknowleges the same but is worried about their future.

(Sounds like one Hot guy once again!😃) I have a feeling that he would be Jai's friend and would take an instant liking to Bani....now I know why my Khabari told me that Jai is going to get desperate and confess his love to Bani......Ha Ha...Let us see who has the last laugh, Mr. Jai Walia!😆 Bada Hero ban raha tha...ab aaya na ooth pahad ke neeche!
The Lawyer calls Jai and tells him that his hearing on the Divorce petition is today itself, Jai looks hurt but then calls Bani very rudely and tells her that they have to go the Court for the hearing. Bani is expressionless in front of Jai but as he leaves, she looks very heartbroken.
Jai and Bani leave for the Court, and Jigyasa comes with an Aarti Ki Thaali and makes sarcastic remarks on Bani infront of Jai who keeps stone cold. Jai looks very angry and upset as Jigyasa keeps insulting Bani, but he keeps quiet. Jigyasa is extremely harsh and cruel and keeps jibing about her pregnancy, Jai grits his teeth to avoid an outbrust, then finally he tells Bani that let us go.
Jai and Bani are with the Lawyer and the hearing is going to happen when Jai asks his Lawyer who is the Presiding Judge for which the Lawyer answes, PM Sandhu and Jai's face goes white and he remembers the Park Road incident and wipes his face as it breaks into a nervous sweat. Jai thinks to himself that this guy is the same judge who handled the Park Road case so many years back.
As a bewildered Lawyer and Bani look on, Jai says that he doesn't want to file his case with this Judge and he doesn't mind waiting any number of days for the next hearing. Bani looks shocked as Jai tells her to leave with him! (Yes, there was an accident in Park Road where someone was killed and Jai and Roshni were involved in it and later got acquitted!)
Anu tries to say something to Jigyasa who is very preoccupied and tells her that she will speak to her later. Jai and Bani enter while Jigyasa excitedly asks him what happened, Jai looks irritated, while Anu looks guilty as hell (Then open your mouth, for god sake).
OMG, OMG, OMG....ANU CONFESSES TO HER PREGNANCY......INFRONT OF JAI, JIGYASA, ADITYA AND RANVEER! YIPEE...I LOVE MY KHABARI, SHE WAS BANG ON....I LOVE YOU KHABARI!
