I doubt BB is a threat for the shows unless people want to hear women gossip and there are 13 ladies and 1 man Ek beast or 13 kanya I read this title on TOI and many other places😆😆😆

Still long running shows are on the charts

PR may not be this week in top 5 donno top 10 if not then 9 pm people take a spare the air evening break ...

hm but i guess with kuch to log kahenge they wil go up shanti so far am loving that show..its fresh...

and star deserve all mess bec of bidaai...they can never go above 400 like they did with bidaai

Sammy its true, What I see is 7 pm slot seems the safest , No body touches Saathiya.. and housewives may just finish their work and sit to watch or people from al walks of lifes,

The tough competition is 7:30 or 8:00 to 11:00.. Even I am glad SONY is pickingup with fiction, But pata nahi after KBC kya hoga,KTLK is a good freshness to the same shows airing in SP, Heard DT is also making a show on SONY , So Ekta , RS and DT will rock SONY I hope

Saab running the race, But what happend to Bidaaii feel ki aur thoda chal saktha tha, I mean seeing BV, Uttran and YRKKH still running on teh charts and for a perticular day a slot leader, Bidaaii had every right to be with the leap and its new characters, Anmol was being accepted by teh audience and the character gelled well, Changes were getting focus magar band kar diya,

They need their share of return I feel and the audience get a more feel of the character and enjoy good chuck , But donno if its going to happen and 9 pm slot ka tho pata hi nahi kya hoga, with the other article we read for SP ..

GEC ratings: Star Plus gains; Sony, Zee and Colors lose

In Week 40, Star Plus continues to lead the pack with 306 GRPs

Star Plus gained viewership from 289 GRPs in Week 39 to register 306 GRPs in Week 40 as per TAM's recent reports for HSM CS 4+ years. Meanwhile, most other channels lost viewership over the week with second-placed Sony dipping from 270 GRPs to 249 GRPs this week, followed by Colors which fell by six rating points to register 205 GRPs. Zee TV registered 157 GRPs in Week 40 as compared to 176 GRPs last week.

SAB registered a marginal gain from its previous week's 123 GRPs to register 126 GRPs, while Imagine TV registered 75 GRPs dropping three rating points. Sahara One (36 GRPs) and Star Utsav (32 GRPs) reigstered marginal gains, while Star One (33 GRPs) and DD1 (16 GRPs) registered marginal drops in rating points. Zee Smile (4 GRPs) maintained its position as well as viewership.

Star Plus' 'Saathiya Saath Nibhana' aired on 30 September was the most viewed programme during Week 40 with 6.22 TVR. Sony Entertainment's 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' and 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain' aired on 27 September were the respective second and third most watched programmes of the week.

sp shows old shows are rocking. you could see sathiya yrkkh sgp praitgya and new show ipkknd is going good but their 9 slot is not going good. pratigya is not able to really rock. i mean it didnt keep the magic. sathiya is number 1 but lets see for how long i am sure in sometime it will falll tooo and iss pyaar ko kya naam doon is new and people are ling sanaya barun chemsitry and he story so yeah it will be going good for some time. sasural gande phool and yeh rishta kya kehla tha are going mashallah lets seee but this is confirm OLD IS GOLD

8 pm magic of ccmb had flopped...now look at this show..so it means content matters shanti...imagine how wonderful...it would have been if bidaai was still on...content content content seriously

Content and also storyline shud be convincing balh is a breather let's see how well the new slot leader sticks
Ccbm well somewhere didn't work at 8 pm I guess and the next show worked now for two consecutive week
Now bb ktlk and other shows may change the numbers

Phir bhi yaar bidaaii ko band kiya bahut bura laga
Hope kuch ajooba ho jaye and it comes suddenly and want to see apu and all the good character they surrounding him 😍

@Shanti, I truly see some glitch from either sides to have ended bidaaii when veiwers were enjoying the show, Many shows which are 3 year old or going to compelete 3 years or many episodes beyond Bidaaii are running, They are on the charts and are slot leaders in comparison to other channels at that time frame,
Bidaaii and PR had great competition and last year with KBC and BB it was still being watched, with more story left they could have still gone through for many months, and more so the shows which aired later at the same time slot was not able to gather TRP's due to many reasons , Donno how Diya aur batti will do as the other atricle is not seeing its certinity due to many factors again.

And Sammy I agree when Bidaaii was airing the Grp's were 400+ range, even though there is gain with starplus , its yearly performance is just pulling its lead, well , will they ever stop a No1 show is a big question Saathiya being safe at 7 pm due to no shows attracting at that point , and stays unbtouched as people watch KBC later

SONY is doing great with BALH , I appriciate that show its a new flavour to the televsion and KTLH is also nice , RS seems to have good cast and maybe it will gather momentum , and challenge the shows at that time

People will not leave a minute to change channel if the screenplay is not attractive or teh character sketch

Lets see if they keep their promise to bring Bidaaii back if 9 pm slot dose'nt work again '
