Didn't see an update for yesterday, so posting a quick synopsis :-)
Chaturvedi covers up for his slip-up and tells Astha's parents that Atharva is from the ashram and will help with the preparations for the wedding. Then he asks if Aastha is at home. Madhav-Laajo tell him that she's gone out to get her results. Atharva looks disappointed and Chaturvedi says they will come back later.
Trishna calls Atharva and asks him if he's met Aastha yet. He tells her that he's still waiting to see her. She wishes him best of luck.
At the aashram, a man is trying to make a video recording of Baapji. The security catches him and is about to throw him out but Baapji stops them. He tells them that the man may have a camera but he hasn't recorded anything in the camera. They check the camera and see that it's blank...nothing got recorded. The man is totally shocked and says he'd been recording since a while...Baapji just smiles and asks them to let him go. The man apologizes to Baapji and leaves.
Chaturvedi and Atharva are walking along a street when they see fireworks and some ppl dancing in the street. They walk over to see what it's all about. Atharva notices Aastha's sister in the crowd and gestures for her to come over, asking her what is the celebration for. She tells him that her sister has topped in her exams in the entire district. Atharva smiles and notices a girl has been lifted on to the shoulders of some ppl. He is only able to see her from behind. This is Aastha.
Aastha's parents walk over and Aastha asks the ppl to put her down and runs over to hug her parents. Atharva notices them calling her 'badi bitto' and realizes that this is Aastha. He smiles in realizatoin and watches her parents feeding her laddoos. He sees two laddoos in his hand and slowly walks over to give one to Aastha. Aastha is busy dancing and doesn't see him clearly and when the laddoo is in front of her, just takes it without looking and eats it. Then she turns and sees Atharva and stops dancing. Atharva gets his first clear glimpse of Aastha and they both stare at each other for a bit.
Madhav tells Aastha that Atharva has come from Baapji's aashram. Aastha smiles and does a namaste to him. Atharva is still a bit lost and staring at her. Laajo snaps him out of his daze and asks him what his name is. He lies that his name is Inder.
Atharva keeps on watching Aastha with a smile on his face as a tune of 'tujhe dekha toh yeh jaana sanam' plays in the bg. Aastha goes back to dancing. After a while, Atharva notices that she has some crumbs of laddoo on her mouth and calls out to her and tries to motion at her that she has something at the corner of mouth. Aastha is confused and gives him wary looks wondering what he's talking about. Her sister notices Atharva trying to say something and goes and removes the crumbs from Aastha's face. Aastha realizes and gives a smile to Atharva before turning away to dance again.
Chaturvedi walks over to tease Atharva that has he fed the laddoo? Aastha notices Chaturvedi and walks over to greet him. Chaturvedi asks her to feed laddoos to Atharva in celebration as well. Aastha feels awkward and looks to her parents for support. Atharva realizes that she is feeling awkward and puts his hands forward to receive the laddoo. Aastha puts the laddoo in his hand and smiles in relief. Atharva eats the laddoo and now he gets a crumb on his face😆 This time Aastha tries to motion at him that he's got something on his face but he doesn't understand and is not able to get the crumbs off his face. Aastha reaches out a hand subconsciously to brush away the crumbs but then withdraws it. Her sister is watching all this in puzzlement and kinda swipes the crumbs off Atharva's face. He is surprised and then everyone starts laughing. Atharva smiles at Aastha again and the celebrations continue.
At Baapji's house, his wife is cutting his toenails while Baapji discusses the new college that they are opening with Trishna. His wife accidentally nicks his toe and is upset and apologizes to him. Trishna moves forward as if to help but Baapji motions for her to stop. He then tells his wife to calm down and the fault was his as he was moving around too much. Kuhu rushes in in excitement and tells Baapji that she got 74% marks.
Guptaji is giving free soft drinks to everyone in the villlage. Kuhu calls Atharva to give him the news about her exams and asks him to come home so they can discuss which college she can get admission in. They are talking when Atharva loses the network on his phone.
Trishna overhears their talk and tells Kuhu that there is nothing to discuss and she will obviously study in the college of the aashram trust. Baapji senses Kuhu's discomfort and calls her over and asks her what college she wants to go to. Trishna walks over and says what is there to decide...if Kuhu doesn't study in their own college and studies in some other college, what will ppl think? She thinks it will give negative publicity regarding the college. Then Baapji says that if Kuhu studies in their college and gets great marks, ppl will say it's only cuz she studied at ghar ka college. Trishna agrees and then says it's time to leave for the aashram. Baapji asks his wife for permission to leave and she smiles and lets him get up.
Aastha tries to ask Gupta ji what the cost of all the soft drinks is but he tells her it's all free from his side since she passed with such high marks. Everyone is shocked to hear this since Gupta ji is such a miser otherwise. Guptaji then narrates an anecdote about how Aastha made him realize that whatever money is meant to come his way, will come and whatever has to go away, will go away. Everyone cheers for Aastha again while Atharva watches happily from the sidelines.
