Sonal was the girl that Jigar was supposed to marry on the same day as GoHem's wedding.
But Raashi didn't like that Gopi was marrying into the Modi family and Urmi wanted her daughter to live in luxury too, so they did some kalakaari to make it look like Raashi and Jigar were having an affair.
Sonal left heartbroken on the day of the wedding and Jigar married Raashi to save her honour
