Abhishek & Kanchi to quit-- Article

It's really a bad time going for the serialSasural Simar Ka on Colors. The show is failing to get the desired TRP and to worse the situation, the actors too are not happy with the way their roles are being shaped up.

The buzz is that Abhishek and Kanchi'stracks have not been going the way they were promised when they signed up. Abhishek, who plays Sankalp, was assured a role opposite Avika Gor aka Roli and Kanchi's role has just become one of the side actors to help Avika in and out from some tribulations.

Says a source, "The creative team, however, brought in Manish Raisinghani as Avika's love interest leaving Abhishek clueless about his role. The sudden change in track did not go well with him and hence he put in his papers last month. Abhishek is currently serving his notice period and he will be out by end this month. As far as Kanchi's role is concerned she has just become one of the side actors just helping Avika in and out of the house. Hence she too is quitting the show".

Kanchi admitted, "I have been offered a big project hence I decided to say good bye".

Well, we guess the makers should take a strong stand before its too late.
