Can someone explain this misunderstanding

After Prem 1 died Sneha was born then a child was concieved to save Sneha? Who was that child? Kasak or the current Prem/'UD? If it was Prem/UD who is Kasak? And if it was Kasak how did the old Prem come back? I'm so confused and watched all the episodes upto when Prena was last episode then stopped watching it for a while now watching again but slightly lost so can someone help please?

KAsak is Mr. Bajaj and Prena's daugter - was born after they got married.

Prem is Anurag and Prena's son - to save Sneha's life after Mr.Bajaj and Prena got married.

Sneha is Anurag and Prena's daughter - after they got married.

BASICALLY,
kasak was born after prem was born and prem was born out of wedlock to save sneha's life.. The 1st prem is dead n didnt come back. hope this helps..
