I am sure that bani is pregnant because once jai was in drinking condition, he huged her and may be he made relation with her at that time. Thats why they are telling that bani is three months pregnant..

Bani doesn't want to hurt jai to say this. thats why she is mum. because every time they have fight, jai reminds her that you are here only because of mausi..

reason: the drnking scene occured somewhere one week after maasi came (maasi acyually came for 2 weeks) and she told she will be back in 10 days.... 2 weeks plus 10 days less than a month and they say that bani is pregnant...

so i think bani is not pregnant,,,,
