Sources from the industry feel that the fact that Hrithik had got the highest opening (a cumulative TRP of 4.7) for a reality show this year, this also helped him clinch the deal.
Hrithik emerged on top in a survey conducted across 3,548 respondents to determine the best television show host in India. The target group was 15-44 year olds, females and males among Hindi viewers and Hrithik was voted the best host on a reality show.
The sources add that in the survey conducted by Ormax Media, a research and consulting firm specialising in the media and entertainment industry, Hrithik has scored over Amitabh and Akshay. The star, whose sincerity and soft touch has won him plenty of new fans, lived up to his helpful image by shooting through the night for his show Just Dance.
He is being appreciated for his honesty and his friendly manner with the contestants. This has endeared him to viewers. The actor himself is overwhelmed by all the love and praise he has received from fans and colleagues.
Well, we must say that Hrithik you deserve this all! However, there have been no confirmations from Hrithik whether he will be part of the second season of the show.
