I love Shahid and I can understand why he's so pissed off. He gave two years of his life to this movie, plus it's his dad's directorial debut. However, that is no excuse for him to act so childish and unprofessional. Not everyone's going to like every single film out there. Other than Taran, many other critics, and many other viewers have also found the film to be just "okay" and not "OMG BEST MOVIE EVERRR!!!" He just needs to deal with it. If he's acting like this because apparently Taran stated wrong figures, that's a different story. However, I don't think he should've insulted Taran like that on Twitter. It's way too unprofessional - like you're 30, grow up!

I am not even a fan of Taran. He's corrupt too, I know. However, sometimes I do agree with his reviews, lol. A movie isn't just about the story - (Mausam has a great one) - it's about direction, screenplay, production, acting, and so much more. Though it's hilarious that Housefull got 4 stars and Mausam got 2 from our perspective, maybe from a critic perspective (who looks at different factors) - Housefull was the better one? Opinions vary. Maybe Taran and other critics prefer funny romcoms over eternal love stories. Who knows? Plus, if "hungama.com" or "bollywoodhungama.com" is a media partner, BH gives higher ratings, duuuh. That's how this filmy duniya works.

Whatever, Shahid shouldn't have done it. Though I sort of do love him for being so straightforward and open about his opinion, I still think he shouldn't have done it LOL.

Granted, Mausam didn't live upto the expectations but that doesn't mean it was an out and out bad movie. And it was dear to Shahid's heart and his labor of work for 2 years.

If Taran did report lower figures, then he shouldn't have done that! His job is to be unbiased, and be fair but that's hard to expect from him who praises the worst of movies.

Shahid shouldn't have snapped, but atleast he's not complaining about it like Taran is, tweeting others what Shahid said to him, poor poor Taran
