Why gopi obeys Rashi and Mami

Well, She has low self esteem because... She has never been appreciated by anyone. Her mother in law shows love to her, but scolds and expects a lot too. Her husband never made her feel loved or liked. She does not have parents. she has no education.. so far.

What do you expect? i think for her background this is what is expected, even the things she is doing is amazing and that all is due to her faith in Kanha.

Seriously, i can't expect more...

i know it is frustating to see her not able to figure it out. I completely agree with the approach on her character... I got it now...
