I think that Koki should make Rashi grate the remaining carrot and (of course) Rashi will reject that carrot due to the oil and instead pick another carrot to grate.
This odd behaviour would make Koki suspicious and she will then pick up the carrot to grate the carrot, slip and cut her hand and then look at Rashi.
She should then lock the kitchen doors, approach Rashi, and strongly suggest that she should pay a visit to her mother for a few weeks.
Hetal should then walk in, and Koki will say Rashi is missing her maternal home and would like to go there for a few weeks so we should let her. Hetal agrees and Rashi craps herself.
(More then Rashi crapping herself, Rashi's "MUMMY" with have a panick attack)
While Rashi is away this will give Gopi an opportunity to get closed to AHEM, while Urmila and Rashi continue to plot how to get back into Modi Bawan.
