At Kumkum's place

Kumkum's mother: Kumkum, beta are you ready?

Gunjan: Mamiji, just ten minutes more... She'll be ready.

Mother: Be quick Gunjan. LADKE WALE AATE HI HONGE.

Anant came running.

Anant: MAA, LADKE WALE AA GAYE HAIN...

Anant and mother rushes outside.

Kumkum gets so nervous. Gunjan tries to console her.

Gunjan: Di, don't panic.😊 You were waiting for this day for so long, and today the day is here. You must be very happy.😊

Kumkum: I'm not panicing,😕 but I'm thinking, will that guy be fit for me.Will he be like him...😕😕😕

Gunjan said at once : HIM? WHOM?????❓

Kumkum got stunned.

Kumkum: aaa...wooo... I mean...Sh..Sh...Shahrukh Khan.😃

Gunjan smiled...😃

Gunjan: Come on di, u don't don't need to stammer when you are taking Shahrukh's name...😉

Kumkum just smiles and nodes her head in yes.

After Gunjan went, Kumkum was again thinking of Sumit.😳

Will the guy coming to see me be as handsome as Sumit, both look wise and from within?

Will he understand me?

Will me give me that space what I felt in Sumit's nature in only one meeting?

Will he love me so much or will I be able to love him?

Kumkum... Her mother interrupts her thoughts.

Mother: Beta, are you ready?

Kumkum nodes her head...

Mother looks at her and puts a KAJAL TIKA below her ear.😃

Mother: I'm sending Gunjan, come down with her.

She leaves.

Kumkum's heart was beating very fast.😕

She was getting even more nervous. She only had Sumit in her mind... She wished to have him as her groom. His face was in her eyes and his thoughts in her mind...

Gunjan: Di, lets go, everyone is calling you down.

Kumkum turned yellow...🤢

But, seeing no other option, she went with Gunjan.

On the stairs, she had decided that she will choose only Sumit not anyone else.

She will give any excuse and refuse to marry this guy...

She was firmly determined this time.

Her mother and Gunjan takes her to the guest room.

She was caused to just next to the boy.

Kumkum was so nervous and determined about Sumit that she didn't even looked up the to boy and family.

"Beta...", it was female voice. She could judge that it was of an old lady.

The lady continues...

Lady: Beta... what do you think, how is the girl...? Well, I can guess something from your smile.

Kumkum's heart beat was increasing with every second...

The another voice was of that boy

Boy: DADIMAA...MUJHE YE LADKI PASAND HAI...(he had a cute smile on his face)

Kumkum was astonished...😲😲😲

This was.....S...U..M..I..T... (she thinks and looked up unexpectedly.)

Yes...it was HIM...with a sweet and stem smile on his face.

Kumkum was about to jump out of happiness...

She was to speak something...that Anant interrupted.

Anant: KYUN DI... AB SAMAJH AAYA KI JAB MAIN SUMIT SE PEHLI BAAR MILA THA TO KYUN MUSKURA RAHA THA....( he smiled again)😉

And everybody present there laughed...😆😆😆

Kumkum and Sumit ...both were smiling...😊😊😊 looking at each other.

Dadimaa: We should leave them together, so that they can talk.

Gunjan: They had already talked the entire night... KUCH BACHA HI NAHI HOGA AB TO...😉

Everybody laughed again.😆😆😆

Mayank interrupts.

Mayank: ARE KOI MUJHE BHI BATAYEGA KI YEH SAB KAISE HUA?...😕😕😕

Anant begins.

Yesterday di was to return back from hostel as boy was coming to see her. But it rained heavily and di was caught by the rain. It was your friend, Sumit, who helped di... and actually he was the boy who was coming to see her. But none of them knew it. I came to know this when I met Sumit.

This was God's mercy that they met each other before they were actually planned to meet.

And... Dadimaa continues...where Anant left.

Dadimaa: Sumit had always been against marriage at so early age. So, whenever I tried to show him the picture of girls, he always made faces and used to run away.

This was the reason, I took his dad's help.

Sumit's Dad: Yeah! And I suggested maa to entrap Sumit, asking him to join me in a business party, which was actually a meeting with Kumkum's family.

Mayank: OH! Great plan uncle...

You should have involved me too... MAIN AAPKE BAHUT KAAM AATA... AAP KO ITNI MEHNAT NAHIN KARNI PADTI. SUMIT AARAM SE YAHAN AANE KE LIYE MAAN JATA.

Dadimaa: How?

Mayank: Dadimaa, AAPKA LADLA DIL JO HAR BAITHA THA...PEHLI HI NAZAR MEIN.

Sumit was like...dead... 🤢🤢🤢 AAJ TO TU MARA SUMIT... MAYANK KE BACHCHE NE ACHCHA PHANSAYA HAI... (He thought)

Everybody laughs...

Kumkum was smiling and blushing like a newly wedded bride... 😳

Dadimaa : Wow...that's really nice...but we can't think for the marriage now.

Everyone shocked...😲

Sumit: But why Dadimaa?😕😭

Dadimaa: You didn't want to gat marriage before finishing your studies...right?😉😛 (She smiles)

Sumit was speechless...

Sumit: But, Dadimaa... wo...main...😳🤢

There was huge laughter all around... 😆😆😆😆

There were cheers all around. Everyone was busy in doing something or the other...

After a week...

At Kumkum's place...

Kumkum's mother was discussing with Dadimaa...

The two dads, soon going to be relatives, were talking...

Sumit was having fun moments with Mayank and Anant...

There was mob in the scene. Soft music was in the air...

All of a sudden, Sumit's got stuck on an eye-catching view...

Guess...what could be that???

OK... I'll let you know...

It was our Kumkum dressed in a beautiful maroon lehnga. Sumit's mouth was like this...

SUMIT KO ACHANAK SE HONSH AAYA...hehe...😆😆😆

Kumkum also saw him staring at with all his mouth open... She had a big smile on her face...😊

It was their SAGAAI...

The two exchanged the rings...

Everyone congratulated the duo...

The two were in look for the chance to talk to each other. But, they didn't get that golden opportunity... Finally, it was Mayank who tried to make them talk in peace...

But when they were standing with each other, what they actually wanted...they had their mouth sealed...

There was pin drop silence... None spoke at all...

It was Kumkum to break the silence...

Kumkum: Why aren't you speaking? You were so eager to talk naa?

Sumit: Yeah I wanted...(Sumit said at once...)

Kumkum was looking at him and smiling...

Sumit was dumb...

Sumit: Why, you don't want to talk to me? (Looking into her eyes...with a cute smile on his face.)

This time Kumkum was speechless...

They were just smiling looking at each other...

Suddenly Mayank interrupts...

Mayank: KYA YAAR...TUM DONO KO YAHAN SIRF EK DUSRE KO DEKH KAR MUSKURANE KE LIYE LAAYA HOON... Come on Guys! HUM 21^st CENTURY MEIN HAIN...DADA ADAM KE ZAMANE KE NAHIN...

The three laughed...😆😆😆

After sometime...

There was an announcement...

Sumit and Kumkum's family announced the date of marriage after two years...

The time for the duo seems to be still for two years...

The two had completed their studies...

Kumkum had begun her practice as lawyer in High Court, Delhi...

And Sumit has joined his father in their family business...

Finally, the day came when the two were to tie the knot...

The day of their of their marriage...

21^st December...

Guys... I don't have much knowledge about the marriages...🤢

So, I thought to explain it through pics...

And the two got the AASHIRWAD from the elders...

And finally Kumkum left for her "IN-LAWS" house...

She was welcomed there with great pomp...

After all the "RASAMS", Kumkum was brought to Sumit...now her room...

AUR...AAGE KYA HUA...MAIN KYA KAHOON...😉

KHOOD HI DEKH LEIN...😉

So...

Here ends my story...

I wanted to make it even more interesting, but I'd left home...:( so, I couldn't do so...

Right now I'm sitting in a cafe...and completing the OS...😊
