Yes, Azmat's diction has improved but needs MUCH MORE improvement. That jerk judge (friend of KK I heard) -- Ram Sampath (?) -- had admonished Niladri for clarity of words. Azmat can hardly be understood. He sings well but primarily in that nasal tone in certain style... Elimination of Rimsha, Barnali, Anmol were equally unfortunate as Niladri's. They were all better singers than Azmat. In the final quartet remaining the winner should have been either Nitin or Niladri..if this was fair. [BTW Salman is also very good, but he is not consistent. He could/can be a winner if he happens to sing very well in the final] Azmat has the -cute- factor and also did you see the number of people in his neighborhood who has skipped their work to watch Azmat? I bet there was no such frenzy around Niladri's home base, no canvasing for vote - etc. It is sad, but then these are life lessons for the kids. Who said life was fair? But then real talent will definitely shine despite the obstacles...
