Er, does it even matter? Clearly they ended things on a sour note. There is no comfort level between them any longer. Shahid doesnt invite his ex Bebo. BOOHOO!

How do they know the guest list..

I am sure Kareena herself is not waiting by her letterbox, or phone for an invitation. Its more normal if they don't invite one another to each others event rather than the other way around which would create a buzz over past relationship.
