msnur, the song is from the film "KALYUG", sung by Rahet Fateh Ali Khan, called Tughe (you) dekh dekh sona , tughe dekh dekh jagna. jiya dhadak dhadak jaya...

It means i fall asleep (sona) staring/looking (dekh) at you, i wake (jagna) up staring/ looking at you, making my heart (jiya) beat (dhadak)
