After she left the cabin, he became restless and to calm himself he paced around the room. While pacing his glance fell on the window. It was raining outside. Every second, every moment reminded him of his "Cheri".

Flashback

A year back

He remembered the day when she had arrived at his office. It had been raining heavily. Strong winds blew and it thundered very hard that day. An autorikshaw stopped in the compound of the office and she climbed down from the autorikshaw trying to manage her dupatta, purse, some books, files and an umbrella. Hardly had she taken a step forward when a car passed by and splashed her with rain water. He had been standing near the window thinking about the Noida deal, when he had seen the hilarious sight of her unsuccessfully trying to manage things and to remain dry. He had burst out laughing at the sight.

But the next moment he wanted to join her when he saw the way she was enjoying rain. After she got drenched from the rain water splashed by the car she must have decided to just enjoy the rain. She handed everything to the security guard standing on the entrance of the building and with her hands outstretched stood in the rain getting wet. Her curly hair stuck to her face, her dress clinging to her body, her dupatta flying in the air, which didn't bother her. Her face glowed and exhibited such happiness, an onlooker won't believe about the sadness, which prevailed in her heart. He had never seen a person love the rains so much. That was the time he fell in love with her and that was the day he started loving rains.

The image had not yet dispersed for his mind when she knocked his cabin door and stood silently. Anyone else, he would not have tolerated, for not being on time, being sloppy and disheveled but it was her. He could not say anything to her, especially the way she looked at that moment. Her body shivered as her white dress clung to her, her curves quite visible, how gorgeous she looked when she was wet and shivering but it was her face which caught his attention. Some of her unruly, curly hair which had come undone and were out of the band, dripping water clinging to her face and neck, her lashes all wet and her lips trembled as she shivered. He noticed how water drops clung to her lips'how she kept biting it'

He couldn't take his eyes off her, he was so lost in her that he became obvious to his surrounding but was fully aware of her only. It was like there was no world which existed beyond her. She looked more beautiful'..if that were possible'.an exquisite beauty. He wanted to touch her'.feel her'..hold her'.and when he held her...he wanted to kiss her...when he kissed her'.he wanted to lose himself within her...and how he wanted to dry the raindrops from every crevice of her body. He felt a shiver run down his spine. He felt goose bumps erupt all over his body. The thoughts drove him crazy.

A sudden noise brought him out of his stupor.
