Are marks being given too much importance, one or two exams should not decide one's life. Media is also a culprit in this, they always show as if one isn't an IITian or IIMian then he/she has no future. Not scoring well in 10th or 12th doesn't mean end of life.

The 16-year-old girl, a resident of Modinagar, took the extreme step last night after being wrongly informed by a relative, who had checked her result on internet, that she had failed.
However, it was later found that she passed with 56 per cent marks, her father said.
The girl was rushed to a Mohan Nagar hospital where she breathed her last. She was cremated after the post-mortem examination, police added.
