You know one thing i don't understand when akshara first got married, they were forcing her to adapt to their traditions and rules. She was supposed to wear her pallu even when in her ,maayka and when she went out with her brother and husband. She was to do all the fasts, learn how to talk, dress and eat like them. Because their reason was that now that is her house and the sooner she adapts the better. Then how come they dont want reshmi to adapt to her new family and household. Why does reshmi still have to follow her maayka's tradition and wear a sari and stuff. Why are they being double standard here. Shouldn't they be happy that at least their daughter is smart enough to consider her saasural as her home now and adapt to the changes. Akshara's family never had a say in what she should do or what she should wear after marriage so why do they singanyas think that it is ok for them to tell reshmi what to do. I am glad they are getting punished for all their mean behavior with akshara. They never once realized that this girl left her whole 20+ years behind and is a different environment so they should be nice to her instead they were demanding and mean and really strict. when natik used to go to akshara's parents place, G3 used to get mad especially when he stayed there longer and ate something so why do they expect nikhil to stay over late for dinner and spend time with them?
