Ashish loves acting because of his mom

Actor Ashish Kapoor who is currently enjoying his track in the serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata says he likes acting in serials to make his mom happy. "It feels great to see a smile on my mom's face when she sees me on TV. She is always excited to see her son acting. And it is because of her that I enjoy acting more. I have a reason to stick to this profession," adds Ashish who has done shows like Ssshhh...Phir Koi Hai, Behenein and Bandini.

But ask Ashish what is so unique about this show which has been on the top of the TRP race and he is honest to adds, "I won't say there is something unique about Yeh Rishta. It's just better from other shows."
