Nur - this was beautiful!!!! The tune matched them up so so well - a classic melancholic melody for GK - and I love love love how the first time of the lyrics - jab chaha tune raj raj ke rulaya - is synced with the scene where he is 'technically' laughing, but really only crying his heart out in that laugh! The irony of that scene I shall never get over, and you used it so well! My favorite bit in the VM - needless to say ☺️

The starting 1 minute is heart shattering- tera sheher jo peeche chhuut raha hai...wonderful😭. The "jab jab chaha tune raj mein rulaya" moment was so masterfully picked- a big hand for dat👏. I also loved the ending bit- "Jab jab chaha tune khul ke hasaaya"! Wow, Nur its a treat to watch ur VM. Plz make some more

Oh thanks so much, Jzee! I know it's a very patchy VM otherwise cuz of how abruptly I cut the latter portions of the song😆...but I couldn't resist...I just picked out bits that hauntingly reminded me of GK each time I listened to the song...and yeah that laugh of his during the photograph scene when you can clearly see the tears shining in his eyes breaks my heart each time...wonderful scene *sigh* I miss them.

Thank you so much, Prachurya! I actually made the VM for that first minute to be honest...the opening bit with 'tera sheher jo peechhe chhut raha' and 'hairaan hain mere do naina, yeh jharna kahaan se phoot raha' cuz I was ALWAYS reminded of that scene when Gulaal herself didn't realize that she was crying after Kesar left on his bike...it was a very powerful moment I thought and the lyrics just seemed to be made for it...glad you liked the 'jab jab chaha tune raj ke rulaya' bit too...his laugh after he sees he's been cut out of the photo is just such a heartbreaking moment :((
