HSL WU - Sep 16, 2011 - done

Leela and Madhu are pretending to clean the book shelves when Sameer passes from there. They pretend to throw away cards that Harsh used to give Sameer. Sameer looks at the cards and Leela reminds him how Harsh gave these to him at various occasions. Then she adds now that the family is splitting up this sentimental stuff is useless and throws the cards back in the bin.

Sameer turns to go away. Leela and Madhu start to discuss about Harsh's job situation, making sure that Sameer hears them. Kirti watches the whole thing from a distance. After Sameer leave Madhu wants to keep the cards back. Leela tells him to leave them there.

At night Sameer comes and takes the cards to his room. Kirti sees that and is troubled. Leela sees Kirti and gives her smile. Kirti thinks to herself that she will never let the brothers unite.

Harsh is worried that if Sameer refuses, it would be insulting. Koyal says it would not hurt and convinces him to go to Sameer. Kirti overhears them and comes there pretending to talk over the phone. Koyal asks what happened. Kirti says this was someone who had helped her a long time back but now is always reminding her about the favor in the past. This is so insulting. Harsh leaves from there determined to resign and not ask for Sameer's help. Koyal is worried.

Leela comes there and is smiling. Kirti taunts her but Leela is unfazed. Leela leaves smiling and Kirti wonders why Leela is so calm and what is she planning next.

Koyal and Harsh's room: Harsh is reviewing his resignation letter. His boss calls and asks him to come to the office and not to resign. The boss tells him to take up to a month if needed but they must get the client. Harsh agrees. Harsh asks why he is changing the decision. The boss tells him that Sameer asked him to check Harsh's previous records and give him a chance. Harsh is surprised and disconnects the call. Harsh tells Koyal that Sameer called his boss and his boss has given him a second chance. Koyal is happy/surprised and wonders who told Sameer.

Table: Sameer and Harsh are sitting side-by-side and Leela is watching them. Sameer wants some more sweets but Sejal tells him that nothing is left. She will order some more. Sameer is disappointed. Harsh gives him a couple a pieces from his plate. Sameer thanks him and Harsh thanks him back. Sameer asks him why and Harsh tells him for calling his boss. Sameer says it's OK but he would have preferred if he came to know of the problem directly from him. He reminds Harsh that he must be running late. Harsh is happy and leaves. Koyal follows. Sameer also leaves for work and Sejal goes to see him off. Kirti is tensed. Leela teases her that Kirti does not look good angry. Kirti is wondering why Harsh's boss did not give him enough time upfront when there was such a good friendship. Leela says you may be on the right track. Kirti again challenges her. Leela wishes her all the best and leaves.

A foreigner comes to the door. Sejal comes there. He asks to meet Sameer. She tries to tell him that Sameer is at office and to call him. They are having difficulty communication. Kirti is watching this from upstairs' landing. Koyal comes there and Kirti asks her to enjoy Sejal's discomfort from there. Koyal wants to go and help Sejal but Kirti reminds her how Sejal has trapped her with the whole file fiasco. Koyal is uncomfortable but stands there and watches Sejal trying to explain to the foreigner that Sameer is not home and should be at the office. Kirti smiles and Leela observes them from a distance.
