what if shyam propose khushi when khushi

after watching yesterday's episode i m thinking that when khushi falls in love with arnav and one day shyam(he still dont know khushi loves arnav, he know khushi hate arnav) is talking khushi and he is telling bad words about arnav. khushi is drinking tea and she is getting angry bcoz shyam is telling bad words agains laad governor. and finally shyam "KHUSHIJI, US ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA NE APKO BAHAT DUKH DIYA,LEKIN AP CHINTA MAT KIJIYE, HUM APSE BAHAT PYAR KARTE HAI, HUM APKE SATH HUMESA REHNA CHATE HAI, HUM DONO MILKE ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA KO SAWAK SIKHAYENGE". khushi lose her patience, she through the hot tea in shyam's face😆
