The episode begins with Bani shown lying in her room looking pretty sick and unwell. Jai comes rushing from behind and enters the room and stops when he sees that Bani is lying down. He looks extremely concerned and worried for her and as Bani turns to see Jai, he tells her to take rest, he just came to get some files for Office. Jai is constantly looking at Bani as he pretends to fiddle through files and is looking very anxious for her as she looks unwell. Bani gets up to take some water for herself and sees that the Water Jug is empty and she doesn't drink water. Jai gets upset at the sight and before he can react, Rano comes rushing into the room (Can't she knock before coming?) and express's concern over Bani's health. Rano comments that Bani is so unwell and no one has even bothered to call a Doctor, Bani is embarssed and tells Rano that she anyway cannot have Allopathic Medicines as she is allergic to them. Rano says that who will get her Ayurvedic Medicines as they are only available in Delhi. Jai looks extremely concerned for Bani and he keeps pretending to fiddle through the files.😳
Jai goes out and shouts for Tony and gives him a royal dressing down asking him why is the Water Jug in his room empty? Poor Tony is not even given a chance to explain as Jai keeps shouting on him that he had ordered that he wants Water in his room all the time. Tony looks nonplussed and tells Jai politely that he has never said anything like this (Lolz…) but Jai gets more irritated and replies back that so what if I haven't said anything like this, anyone can require Water to drink anytime and from now onwards, the Water Jug in his room should always be filled. Tony looks really taken aback and scared and mumbles something and disappears.😆
As Jai is leaving for Office, Roshni meets up with him and very sweetly tells him that how come he is leaving without meeting her. Jai looks very irritated and keeps quite as Roshni reminds him that as per his wish, she has removed Pushkar from her Company and now he has to tell his family members that Roshni will live in Walia Mansion from now onwards. Jai looks angry and tells Roshni that he remembers his end of the promise and whenever the time is right, he will tell everyone so. Roshni then tells Jai that since Bani is unwell, she has given the menu of the day to Tony and has ordered him to make Chicken Koftas for Jai as they are his favourite. Jai gives a super-cold look at Roshni and shouts for Tony (Aaj bechare Tony ka band baj raha tha!) and tells him in a furious tone that why is cooking for Lunch today. Tony tells him that Chicken Koftas for Lunch. Jai looks very angry and asks Tony that what had he ordered a few days back, that no non-veg food will be cooked for 10 days as Bani wanted, then who the hell gave permission to make Chicken in this House. Tony and Roshni are thunderstruck and Jai tells Tony coldly that he will have a Vegetarian Lunch. Jai leaves Roshni fuming with rage and humiliation!👍🏼😆
Pushkar is very worried at his loss of job and keeps thinking about Pia and how she wants the good things in life. He gets home only to be surprised by Pia who has thrown him a lavish party, Pushkar is speechless and asks about the other members of the house and Pia tells him that the party is only for both of them and that Mother has gone for some Kirtan while Bhaiya and Bhabhi have gone for a Wedding. Pia announces to everyone that the party is for Pushkar's new job where he is doing extremely well and that very soon he is going to be at the pinnacle of success. Everyone claps and Pushkar is at a loss of words as Pia hugs him and tells him that she loves him a lot.🤢
Bani is shown going to Pushkar's house and is looking increasingly unwell. Bani meets up with Pushkar at his house and apologizes for whatever happened. Pushkar assures her that whatever happened was not her fault and that he will see what has to be done now. Just then Pia comes and is elated to see Bani and tells Pushkar to take an off today and they will all go out for Lunch. Bani is shocked to see that Pushkar has not told Pia about losing his job and keeps quiet. Bani tells Pia that she is not feeling well today and would like to go back home. Pia is concerned and tells Bani that she actually looks very unwell and that she should go to the Doctor right now, Bani assures her that she will show herself to a Doctor and takes leave.
Bani comes back home and notices a courier packet on the table, from some Dr. Gaurav Sharma. Tony comes in with the Pitcher of Water and Bani asks him about the courier. Tony tells her that it has come for her and Dr. Gaurav is an old friend of Mr. Walia from Delhi and he must have sent the medicines for Bani on Jai's request. Bani's face immediately radiates with a warm smile as she goes and picks up the packet!😃
Jai is in a meeting with Aditya and is very engrossed, Bani calls him up on his land-line and the moment she hears his voice, she is not able to utter a word and disconnects the phone. Jai is irritated and wonders who is it, Bani again calls up and Jai sounds very pre-occupied and impatient and once again Bani disconnects the phone in fear. Jai is really hyper now and mumbles to Aditya that who is bothering him like this on his direct line. Bani finally takes some courage and calls up Jai again, and this time, Jai shouts on the phone without waiting. "Who the hell is this?" Bani is taken aback and very softy says, its me, I wanted to thank you for getting me the medicines. The moment Jai hears Bani's voice on the phone, his entire expression and body language undergoes a change and he is all awkward and soft and tells her that its alright, she doesn't have to thank him for everything. Bani is very coy and tells him that no, it was really a very nice gesture to get the medicines for me, Jai is all shy and tells her that actually I use the same medicines, hence I actually got them for myself. Bani smiles on the other end as she realizes that Jai is just denying his gesture and tries to make small talk with him, as he asks her if she is feeling better now. Suddenly Jai realizes that Aditya is staring at him in an amused manner and he abruptly tells Bani that he is busy and keeps the phone down, surprising Bani very much.😳
Jai looks awkward as Aditya keeps looking at Jai and asks him suddenly that if you are so concerned about Bani, then why are you hiding your true feelings from her, why don't you tell her what is there in your Heart. The moment Aditya says this, Jai flares up and tells Aditya that there is nothing in his heart for anyone now. One person gave him betrayal in love, the other gave him betrayal in marriage and the third whom he considered as a son betrayed him. Jai says that he is off with all relationships and emotions now and the only feeling he has for Pia, Rano and Bani is hatred. Aditya is not amused and tells Jai that I don't know what you still feel for Pia or Rano, but tell the truth to yourself, do you still blame Bani for all that happened to you, do you still hate her for what her sister did to you. Jai is thunderstruck for sometime and manages to say that maybe I don't hate Bani, but that doesn't mean I have started liking her also. The moment Jai confesses this, Aditya smiles as if to indicate to Jai that you have confessed your emotions yourself. Jai is at a loss of words and looks lost but then suddenly gets into a defensive mode and tells Aditya that he has no feelings for Bani and neither does she, they are going to get divorced in a few days and then they will both never meet again. Aditya just gives an exasperated look at Jai, who looks very confused and anguished himself.
Ranveer, Jigyasa and Roshni are sitting in the Living Room and the Doctor has just finished examining Roshni's leg and tells her that she is much better now. Rano comes from behind and tells Roshni that she is very happy that she has recovered and that she was feeling very guilty about what happened. Roshni just dismisses her while Ranveer and Jigyasa make faces. The Doctor is about to leave when he suddenly remembers something and takes out a report and handing it to Jigayas tells her that Mrs. Walia had come to their nursing home for a check-up and he got her reports along with him. Ranveer and Jigyasa look disinterested, but suddenly the Doctor smiles and says that there is very good news for the family, Mrs. Walia is pregnant. Everyone present is flabbergasted with shock and Jigyasa keeps staring at the Pregnancy report with shock!
Summary & Comments:
Jai and Bani are progressing like there is no tomorrow…Jai is totally soft on Bani these days, especially since the day he told her that he will be divorcing her and today's episode showed him in a particularly concerned mode as he literally rushes into the room to check on Bani and in typical Jai Walia style pretends to go through file, all the time only staring at Bani….Lolz…loved the way he shouts on Tony and tells him that "anyone" can need Water anytime…Tony looked as if his Boss has gone Cuckoo in the morning! He He…the best scene was Cuddles giving the royal heave ho to Landgi…Madam nein Chicken ke Kofte banwaye the…ab khud hi bait ke thoosegi unko….I hope she gets Chicken Flu…..Irritating female! (Hey, my reference is to Roshni and not Rakshanda, btw!)😡
Poor Pushkar, kya bura phasa hai woh bhi…ek taraf Pia jaisi biwi aur doosri taraf Jai jaisa dushman…If only Pia was a wee bit sensitive to his feelings and if only he wasn't such a weakling! 🤢
Loved the whole phone conversation bit between Jai and Bani….how cute and awkward they sounded, just like two people discovering love amidst hatred….the sudden awakening of a newly found love and concern, the guilt associated with such emotions, the confusion going on in one's mind, everything was so beautifully portrayed….and the best part was Jai banging the phone down in discomfort & embarrassment as he notices Aditya staring at him!😳
Also, I think the scene where Aditya forces Jai to take a hold of his true emotions and confound himself was done very well. The way Jai goes into a major denial and explodes that he still hates Pia, Rano and Bani and then in confusion says that maybe he does not hate Bani but he that doesn't mean he has started liking her also…and then the sudden onslaught of his own confession falling on Jai was done to perfection!😊
Ram Kapoor and Prachi once again…Ram ki tareef karna toh soorja ko diya dikhane ke barabar hai….he is really good with all his scenes…especially his expression's move with a deftness that is amazing. Sudden anger, to softness, to confusion, to guilt, to concern, to sorrow, to hatred, to passion….amazing versatility and range! Prachi just proves day by day that no one could have done Bani with such grace, dignity and pathos that Prachi infuses in her character! Kudos to both the actors, they seem to eat up the screen whenever they are together!!!👏
The Doctor has given the good news of Mrs. Walia's pregnancy to the family, waiting to see tomorrow's explosive episode, when Jai gets the "Good News"!
