The blame game will continue but ther is no answer to it Who is responsible for whats happened outside the delhi high court? Does our constitution need a change in a big way? I was watching Tv and when i heard the statement of our home minister my heart cried aloud to the state our country has reached.he said the investigation agencies are doing their work(why else are they for)they havent got any clue they had received the threat before but didnt take it seriously the minister also blames the entire thing on the delhi police saying that they havent installed the security cameras(why is central govt ther than whats their duty just blame others like what happened during anna hazare campaign) what do people expect when ther is a bombing?they hav already lost their near n dear once what they want is justice but do they get it? Sadly saying never take the bhopal gas tragedy the parliament attack, mumbai train blasts the culprits wer caught but whats the use kasab til now he hasnt been hanged how many more people should die so that the government realises the thing that culprits needs to be hanged its high time that our constitution is changed otherwise the culprits will be our guest and we will just be doing the blaming part of each other the government is just watching people die they arent doing anything just pretending of investigation at the end of it this blast will also become just another file we need to get up from sleep v need to change the way its going on for many years now remember bhagat singh's statement here ye sarkar(our constitution) behre ho gaye hain isse dhamake ke zarurat hain so that people get justice like the way annaji did v need to step up dnt u thnk so?

I dont think there is anything wrong with our constitution. What we lack is implementation of our laws. Somehow they do not get enforced. Indians are in the habit of flaunting laws hence the need of enforcing something that should have been followed by the citizens . There could be many reasons for these . The need or the rationality of the laws may be ill understood by some. Then there are some who think that they are above the laws and that the laws are meant only for 'others' . A false sense of pride makes many resent having to follow any laws. Its quite a common sight to see people arguing when asked to produce Identity cards, or other documents. They take it as an insult ! I ve seen people argue when asked to produce tickets or even original papers for verification of documents! They consider it as an assault on their bloated egos. Any person remotely related to a politician or any high ranking officer expects to avoid being frisked or asked for proper documents. No wonder the cyber cafe guys find it difficult to get their clients to comlpy with the regulations of producing proof of ID and address before using their services. Little wonder we keep having these "security lapses" while its nearly a decade since any major terrorist attack took place in the US after the WTC incident.
