The entire Thakur family was happy when Sajjan Singh (Anupam Shyam) decided not to marry Ganga (Sana Sheikh) in Star Plus' Pratigya. However, soon they will get the shock of their life when Sajjan Singh will go ahead and marry Ganga despite everyone's disapproval.

Our source informs, "Pratigya had a tough time convincing Sajjan Singh not to marry Ganga. Everyone was happy when Sajjan Singh announced that he will not marry Ganga and is planning to send her back to her parents. However, soon there will be a high-point in the show when Sajjan Singh will take Ganga to a nearby temple and get married. Furthermore, Sajjan Singh will also prepare a fake birth certificate which will state that Ganga is not a minor. He will then throw this certificate on Pratigya's face as she had previously warned him that if he marries Ganga who is just 17 years old she will call the cops and get him arrested. The promos have already been shot and it will be aired today."
