It is not just eid, Geo has more reasons to celebrate. The channel is going great guns thanks to its great line up of soaps, serials, and shows. GEO's Taakay Ki Ayegi Baraat has done the unthinkable. The serial that boasts of big names like Saba Hameed, Bushra Ansari,Javed Sheikh, and Samina Ahmed to name a few has set new records for the channel.
The serial was expected to meet with exceptional response, but the response has shocked one, and all. The ratings are earth shattering. So far, Geo's best serial was "Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishaan", but it has now been replaced by Taakay. The drama that has run for more than a month now peaked during Ramadan reaching to the hugest audience, and registering GRP of 3+ , that is highest for any GEO serial.
