U know form this i can pretty much conclude how kut kut ke Sanskar bhare the in Mohan.. that his life just revolved around the 4 walls...

This change looks realistic to me that way & honestly once u move away from your country u really dont tned to remember those who have not been close to you..! accept ur fly... if Jitu and Bhanu had ghar ka rishta... he would not have forgotten them...! & this is Bhanu friend.. i can kinda justify tat..

My only issue is i dont want to jump to conclusion on the Mohanur as yet till we have some back history

Actually in the precap...it's not Mohan she's questioning, it's her own ability to catch up with what he's become and her own thoughts on the difficulty of adjusting to that. I kinda like that actually, because she isn't judging him really, she's just stating the fact that he's different now, and she doesn't live under the illusion of 'oh-I-can-change-him-through-my-superawesome-luuurve'. She's saying, in her own heartbroken but practical way, that a match between him and her would be terrifically awkward.

i guess he knows abt the alliance but he had never thought all would take this so seriously ... may be this would have been fixed when they were kids so he would have taken it as a joke ...so over the years he never thought abt this...baa mentioned abt them playing when they were children no? its possible to forget her if mohan considered her like any ordinary friend... all depends on how mohan had looked at kastur then.. if he didnt consider her important then he wont be remembering her distinctively esp cos he deliberately brought in a change in his own lifestyle and thinking over the 4 years he was in UK

No manasi ... alliance was only fixed after mohan left for studies ... we saw that in flashback it was not fixed in childhood nor he is aware of it ... saroj is not so how will mohan be?

the alliance happened only after Moah left for UK.. & not in childhood...! Mohan has no clue about the alliance,, infact even saroj does not... The whole Gala fly is under wraps abt it..

Its going to a be a shocker for them as well !

But the age Mohan was it's a bit hard to believe that he forgot Kastur. If he was let's say 12-13 I would have believed him but at the age of 17 (maybe) and only for 4 years it makes me hard to believe. Ok he might have forgot the name but atleast remembered her face right?

Mans actually there's no possible way he'd know about the alliance...it was made after he had left for London, when Baapji had found out that Jitu loaned Bhanu the money to get Mohan educated in the UK. Even Saroj doesn't know 😕 So as far as he's concerned, I guess he doesn't recall very much who Kastur is and doesn't know exactly how bound to each other they are...
