D3 -boys are dancing on 'humke peeni hai' in the promo.

They all are drunk in that.

Did anyone notice the place? I think its a house. Its very big. Whose house is that?

I don't think Its' Rey's house because in KALLU MAMA song promo, weaklings are dancing in that house and Dazzlings in College canteen...

So,

Swayam ka bhi kuch toh twist chaiye na...He is a poor weakling, but background...He is a SUPER DUPER rich guy..who owns a BMW and gifts his girlfriend wth expensive perfumes..and stuffs...

That way..Weakling Chabilaal gets Weakling Kria..and Dazzling Sharon gets Dazzling Swayam...

Its just the sync in story...which is not required at all according to me...
