'Prajaa-aadheen Raajaa aka Right to Recall' by Rah

Right to Recall aka RTR is procedure , not just a declaration, that enables citizens to replace, expel any official from Supreme Court Chief judge, PM to District Police Chief to Village Talati, Partwari using explicit majority vote. The citizens in US have RTR District Police Chief and thats the only reason why corruption in US police less. US also has RTR High Court Chief Judge and so courts there are less corrupt and faster. RTR is common sense — say you have 100 labor and procedure to expel none. How many will obey you? Same way, we citizes of India have PM, Supreme Court Judges, CM, Police Chiefs, MPs, MLAs etc and we can expel none. No wonder, they are reckless.
