thurs- Anu kicks the bucket?

Fri - Anu will kick the bucket and Palli will come to the hospital and Paati will blurt out the truth about RR and his two biwis! and I get the honors of reporting on that kaNN koLLaa kaatchi!

Hmmm - no luck as always! Anu is still alive and kicking.

Update for Fri, Sept 2, 2011:

Paati tells Sundu to go ahead with the surgery for Anu. RR goes out with Sundu, then hangs his head and Sundu tells the others that they are going to go ahead with the surgery. Rukku and Ganesh go with Sundu as RR the coward doesn't have the strength (?) to face the doctors. He doesn't have the strength to face facts, either.

Gopi goes home with a sad face, MK and SR want to know what happened, he tells them and MK prays that RR's problems should be solved.

Manju and Nivedha with Santhosh - Rukku and Ganesh are ready to go to the hospital, M, N and S also want to go. Rukku tells them to stay at home, they beg, she insists and gets her way.

Priya calls Manju saying she has come to the bus stop (I thought Priya lived in Saligramam and Manju in R A Puram - the same bus stop for both of them? When did Saligramam move next to R A Puram?) Manju updates Priya about Anu being in hospital.

Adhi goes home and updates RM about Anu being in the hospital and her wish to see Nivedha and Adhi getting married. RM thinks and says it can be arranged, and a simple ceremony can be performed. Adhi says they should wait and get married with everyone in good health.

SR and MK go to the hospital and see RR, Rukku and Ganesh. Paati takes SR inside, then Adhi and RM arrive, and then the whole crowd goes inside. MK goes to buy medicines for Anu. When they all go inside, Anu says that she wants to see Adhi and Nivedha get married before she dies, she is not scared of surgery or anything. Paati tells her that she will live long enough to see Nivedha's grand daughter get married - that will take at least another 42 years, so she will be at least 87 or 88 by then. The nurse tells them all to leave.

RM tells RR about a simple marriage ceremony and asks about the surgery date. Adhi thinks it is better to wait till Anu gets well - ada kashtame, my granddaughter will get married before you two get married at this rate! RM praises Adhi's pakkuvam.

Monday 5/9/11 Archives ' Copy

Paatti in Nadu theru - looking for an auto. Sundu comes along ..in an auto and offers a lift to patti. Inge Priya is sOgam personified . Enna matter? Anu periamma is sick. Tells VVK that Manju has mattam pOttufied because of that. VVK decides to visit perimma. The conversation between the siblings is heard by Palli - she plans to tag along - she just HAS to see biwi No 1 !! VVK tries to dissuade her but athu yaar sOnnalum kekkara jenmama enna?? Kilambiduthu hospital kku. VVK quickly calls RR and tells him the "good " news of Palli visiting Anu. RR as usual thiruttu muzhi muzhikkaraar. He is near Anu's bed and discussing some thing with the doctor. Palli and co come near the room and the nurse stops them - "doctor is in, pls wait " RR is able to see biwi No 2 through the window.

RR joot vidaraar - yethO door open panni...nazhuvaaarrraaarrr - aww Palli paarthutta . RR kku samaalikka sOlliya tharanum??? Says that he came to see one of his workers who suffered injuries while working. Palli being Palli forces and takes him to see Biwi No1. VVK and Priya play SBT. While Palli and Co wait for the dharshan of Anu, Paatti and Sundu are waiting for the dharshan of Gangai Amman. Both pray for Anu and as luck would have it the karpura deepam goes kaput just when paatti tries to kannule Othify - ambuttu then - paatti pOlamba...Sundu console panna...finally the priest brings the deepam once again - Roja voda nalla Kaalam, she is spared another pOlambal as the deepam stays put. Inge Palli drags RR to see Anu, a drowsy Anu fails to register the visitors - Nurse shoo shoos and RR once again thappichaar !!! Nurse wants RR to meet the doctor and Palli asks " Neenga yethukku doctor ai paarkkanum??" RR has faced this and more 😉Says that his employee is critical " doctor wants to see me, you wait and see Anu, ok?"

Doctor's room - AAR, Ganesh and RR - Doctor says that the surgery has to happen the next day - RR expressionless aa irukkar. AAR is crying - all except RR adjourn to Anu's room. Palli and Anu cootchi cooing, AAR crying...children ellam look as if Anu is a dead body. Paatti comes with the prasadam. Gives a "aRpa pAthare " look at Palli and applies the kumkum on Anu's forehead. Palli looks lost. Anu the good Samaritan asks Paati to forgive Palli - Paatti is livid but just says " unakku Onnum theriyaathu Anu, just get well soon, ok??" Anu says " this is my last wish..that you should accept Palli, will you do it or not??" (athu sari, Roja sEthu pOrathukku munnadi Abinaya Creations kitte kekka pOraa, intha mathiri AdAasu serials inimel edukka maattenu promise pannunga 😉) Paatti looks lost...cries...

Intha Sivagami summa irukkame asks Priya to call the hospital and find out about Anu.
Priya talks to Manju, knows that all is well with Anu and talks about missing Palli. Ambuttu then, ange dam bursts. Sundu comes to know this and starts his jalan jalan trip - of course does not forget to tell her " RR kitte no mooch " Another Anupallavi cast going jalan jalan !!!!

The subject of the "Net Spread Search " has gone to the beach - hmm ellarum inge thaan vanthu self analysis pannaraanga !!!! Some kind of a Bodhi tree?? Well Palli has visions of her friend making fun " annikki ennamO yen purushan Raaman nnu sOnne??? Raman Krishnana irukkane?? IppO enna decision??? Accept him or ipdiye Jala Samadhi??" Palli decides to execute the later - hmm Paavi mechanic Karthik , naanga unakku enna yya keduthal panninOm?? Ipdi vanthu antha arrogant Palli yai save pannitte?? Palli is saved - rombaa mukkiam !!!

Shree and her mom - in an auto. Auto breaks down - while they are looking for another auto
the auto with Palli, Selva and Mechanic K comes there. Gayathri says that they are on their way to see Palli - MK gives a blank look...and Palli gets down from the auto. MK asks Gayathri to take Palli to her house - " she is shattered, not in a mood for her brood and so please..." Shree and Gaya accept to give asylum to Palli. Palli asks MK to keep her whereabouts under a tight cling wrap and MK agrees. VVK Kathik veet le paatti and Priya are fretting. VVK comes back empty handed - hmm ingeyum nee VVK thaanaa?? MK comes and breaks the news of Palli's new home " she is very angry with all of you , so keep off for a while , ok? I promised that I will not tell you her news, ok?? Paatti is happy - "Shree will make her understand, no sweat " Ellarum looking relieved - naangaa??

Palli sulking - Shree and Gayu are consoling. Shree says " Unga kovathile evvalavu gyayam irukkO athanai gyayam uncle side le yum irukku " ( yeeyy dhe...summa iru, apram Roja ketta ketta vaarthai yaale ye thittuva ..gyayam...my foot ) But Palli is not ready to buy this story - tells her future DIL that she is very angry with the whole lot " my parents, my own kids...all are plotting against me??? Pazhi vaangame vida maatten " ( ayyo da..innoru 300 episode pazhi vaangum padalam??!! ) RR and Sundu come home
( entha home??? ithu Oru confusion eppOvum !! ) - Palli's house and learn that Palli has taken asylum at Shree's house. Decides to go and have a tete et tete with Palli - much against the advice from all around.

Sulking Palli becomes barking Palli when she sees RR - asks him to quit - RR tries to give the hurt puppy look - Roja kku innum kOnjam kOvam varathu !!! RR retreats. MK and Selva - ivanga life poora RR kku dedicated. MK calls Shree and tells her that he will send VVK and Priya to meet mommy. Shree says that she plans to take Palli to the temple . MK calls VVK who promptly says that he is on his way to Shree's house.

Brooding Palli in the terrace. Shree comes and convinces her for a temple trip. POrum da sammy - seekiram mudichi thOlainga daaa

Wednesday Episode - 357 14th September 2011

Shreenidhi asking Palli to come to the temple, for change of mind. Palli is in no mood for an outing. Gayathri comes with coffee to the bald upstairs where Palli is being nagged for a temple trip by Shreenidhi. She too joins her daughter in nagging Palli for a temple trip. The only temple in Chennai has who else there - the friend of Palli whose husband was a two timer too. Palli gets rooted on seeing her friend Girija. Girija's husband sees Palli, asks Girija if she wants to have a word or two with her friend. Girija not interested, goes around the prahaaram. Shreenidhi prods Palli to move, she does with her head hung. They do the archanai, Palli closes her eyes and mind talks to God. How nice was my life, now you pushed me into the drain (your life has been in the drain since the day RR married you) Shreenidhi praying for peace of mind for aunty, that she must understand uncle and accept (grrr... I too closed my eyes and prayed that this serial must just end) They go around the prahaaram. Girija and her husband want to scoot. But Palli calls her and says sorry. Anything can happen to anyone, anytime. Dont have the arugadhai to advice says Palli. A surprised Girija wants the reason - not given, just forgive please is Palli's line and leaves. Girija's husband asks what happened, Girija Ottufies their conversation. Mr.Girija promises never ever will he do such a thing. The temple bell tolls.

Palli & Shree sitting. Shree telling her aunty, that she asked for sorry to a friend to whom she spoke / did something hurting some time ago. With the same frame of mind forgive uncle and accept him she requests. Palli leaves.

Anu at the hospital. Moves her eyelid. The nurse is happy. Anu opens her eyes. The nurse comes out of the ICU to the crowd waiting outside. Tells them not to worry. Anu has opened her eyes (innum she hasnt asked naan enga irukkEn) the camera pans on each relieved face - there were 9 faces altogether apart from the nurse's. Can we see her asks RR. Yes, without disturbing the patient says she and leaves. The whole crowd goes in, paatti calls Anu. Anu looks around everyone. She is sorry for troubling everyone. The doctor comes in, RR thanks him. Doctor says their cooperation saved Anu (avarumElayE confidence illaadha oru doc) The doctor drives everyone out.

Manju at the dining table crying. Santhosh comes down and asks for a reason. Nothing is the reply. He fetches Nivedha who too gets "nothing" as the answer. Did that Balaji trouble again. No, thinking about mummy makes her cry. Palli did not understand daddy, he does not know how to solve the problem. Will mummy atleast understand him she cries more. Understandaa I just cant stand viewing this serial once a week itself 😡 Santhosh says mummy loves daddy, so will understand his situation. Palli also loves him, but ... Nivedha too thinks on the same lines. Anu will die if she gets to know the truth cries Manju. Nivedha compares Anu & Palli - they are a contrast characterstically. Both Santhosh and Nivedha tells Manju not to worry.

All 5 children gather in a park sitting like navagrahams. They are trying to find a solution to the two timer's problems. Nivedha gets updated on RR's visit to Palli. They all feel for their daddy. Manju wants them to do something to make Palli understand, to talk to her. They all accept to try .

Anu was in the ICU post surgery without even the trips running, no monitors and a whole crowd of 9 people waiting outside the ICU. Which stupid hospital works like this?

Thursday- Palli go home soon pls- AND hope nobody kidnaps her along the way...!!!!

Episode 358- this will be brief...

Patti's house- Patti prays, tells Meenakshi she is going to hospital. Meenakshi wants to come to hospital but Patti asks her to wait a few more days. As she leaves, she asks Meenakshi whether Palli comes to the house thinking Paati has forgiven her in front of Anu. Patti says she pretended to forgive Palli because of Anu's ill condition when she asked for Paati's reconciliation with Palli. Paati karichu kottus Palli a bit more and leaves.

RR in somebody's house (AAR I think)- retells the whole Palli incident to AAR, Ganesh and Sundu. AAR convinces RR to let her go and talk to Palli. AAR goes to Shree's house and meets Palli. (Amazing how Palli is still dressed so finely while bunking in with someone after finding out her hubby is cheating on her!!!). AAR tries to explain RR's good heart to her but of course Palli also tells her the exact same thing about how she has been cheated by everyone. Explains how disgusted she feels about RR etc etc Palli says she would not have agreed to marry RR if she knew RR was married (that makes sense, should kick her parents). AAR recounts how she also felt angry with RR when she heard about his two timing but later found out what a very good man RR is (my foot) and that he is a soozhnilai kaidhi. Palli asks AAR to get out and leaves the room (how long can she stay in other people's house I wonder...she intends to make this her residence? How can she inconvenience others like this without sparing a thought?).

Next, entry all the 6 children begging their mother to come home. Palli refuses to come home. Each one says their piece on why she should go back home. After deliberation, Palli agrees to come home on the condition that RR should not come there ever. AAR agrees on RR's behalf to ensure he wont come there. Palli agrees to go back.

Palli's home. An excited Sivagami welcomes her daughter who gives her a cold shoulder and walks into the house.

Atrocious !! ?? Puthu character is introduced !! Character??? Nooo CharacterSSS !!!

AAR, Ganesh and RR - AAR tells RR that he can never go to Palli's house again " athaan condition" Ganesh jumps the gun " how did you accept this condition?? So, you planned to use this opportunity and cut off Palli from RR's life?? You could only think of Anu, your sister?" AAR is livid and RR supports AAR - " Ganesh, AAR did the right thing. Namakku muthalle Palli ava veetukku pOganum, rest can be dealt with later. Apologize to AAR for what you said" Ganesh apologizes and AAR thanks RR for the confidence he has in her " be rest assured. Anu and Palli are the same for me. I will definitely convince Palli, ok? '" Hospital - Anu is getting better . She wants to go home but the doctor says that she needs more rest. Paati agrees and tells Anu that she should rest well.

Anu says that she is worried about troubling every one - " my family should take care of me but my friends and others...why should they all suffer?/ Athaan I want to go home " Paatti says that only now she knows who are true friends . Anu has a Q " Neruppu nnu sOnna mouth will not burn , in case it was your son who had to undergo this operation...would you still have stayed around and looked after him like this??" Paatti becomes all emotional - says that she may have an axe to grind but would always want him to be happy - "enge irunthaalum dheerga ayusa..healthy aa nalla irukkanum " Anu has a smile.

Aadhi and Prem go to meet a friend who is looking for a good builder. Obviously he lost his name and money with a previous builder recommended by his manager. Prem suggests that
he should go to RR. The manger fellow looks slimy - tells his boss that he can not go to a new builder but that friend vetoes manager's idea and decides to go with RR.

Prem and Aadhi visit Anu. On the way out they see jenny and Sundu. Talk about their friend's predicament . Sundu says that RR may not be willing to take on new assignments but Jenny says that they will talk to RR and get back. Manju and Priya are cootchi cooing. Priya says that Palli does not " give face and talk " 😉 to her . Both discuss the family situation. Priya says that Anu should never know RR 's double game " apram unga veedum enga veedu mathiri aagidum... no peace of mind for appa.." Manju agrees. The manager guy meets a rowdy looking builder and tells him that he lost the contract " RR thaan syya pOraar .." RR thalaikki KAthi...antha builder kannile kOlai vEri...

Update for Tues, Sept 20, 2011:

Prem's friend's manager updates the bad guy, Bhaskar, about the new contract going to RR, and the recommendation was given by Prem. Bhaskar wants to know Prem's address, and the man says, "19 Vivekananda St., Adayar (no mention of whether it was Gandhi Nagar or Besant Nagar or Indira Nagar, so how does the guy find out the correct house? Does he have GPS? Even that needs a more specific address). Prem is reading something, this guy Bhaskar rings the bell (these people also shut their doors!), tells Prem that he will double whatever RR is offering him, and to get him the contract. Prem grabs his shirt and tells the guy to get out (oh no, are these signs of extending this lousy serial?).

Hospital - doctor says that Anu can go home and she must take complete rest for six months. RR goes to pay the bills, Paati and Santhosh go home, and Sundu and Jenny go home.

Palli sitting on her bed and doing an action replay of her first meeting with Paati, then taking Paati home, their talking (and she remembers the exact dialogs! She must have a fantastic memory!). She comes to a decision and goes out. Sivagami wants to know where she is headed, panics when she hears that Palli wants to go to see Paati, but Palli says she is going to tell Palli what is in her mind.

Paati and Santhosh getting the lunch basket ready, Palli walks in. She asks if Paati stopped talking to her because she was RR's wife, and says she would never have married him if she had known that he was already married. Paati says that nothing makes any difference, Palli asks if what she said in the hospital the other day was not true and is she still angry with Palli. Paati says that she can never accept any one in Anu's place and Anu is her only DIL. Palli says that now she understands how RR could lie so well all these years, he inherited the trait from his mother! Paati says she did it because it was Anu's wish and she was lying in hospital, so ... Palli leaves.
