The actress recalls the horror she went through that day


It was April 1st and when I reached the sets of my show,the production unit informed me that I had to wear a short dress and enter a swimming pool with my co-actor.They said it was supposed to be an intimate honeymoon sequence.I tried arguing that its a family soap and viewers will be horrified to see Akshara in a skimpy outfit.I was already boiling in anger and right then a short dress was handed over to me for trial.I decided to leave the sets immediately.I had almost sat in my car to leave and that's when everyone told me that they had pulled a fast one on me and reminded me that it was Fools day! The entire unit laughed at my expense.I was very embarrassed and told them never to play such prank on any actress.
