She hasn't had an opportunity yet...lol.

Rashi found out gold murti is missing then same time the men arrive, Kokila asks about her gopi vau, she is missing as revealed by aham she was dropped off 2 hours before, she doesn't want to stay for the recital of lord krishna's birth so she joins aham and jigar searching for gopi, so no opportunity has presented itself to call her mommy.
