I have same view like @ Anks, @ community_dirve & @zoya_shah.

This is impossible that Nani knows actual feelings of Arnav. But she can guess some unnatural things is going on between Khushi & Arnav. Bcz Arnav is very much sensetive about khushi from the begining. Infront of all he showing he hates khushi but after hearing her problem without 2nd thought (easily he can depute a person to find her ) he run towards that as discusion were very important for his life. On the other hand Khushi rudely submit her resignation infront of all but Arnav was mum. Still now he is tolerating Khushi. All this things are unnatural. And also Nani trying to prove that La is unfit for RM by comparing with khushi near Arnav.
