Well let me begin from where bani's dad die and gives them letter before dyinng that they should go to mumbai where Mr. walia lives and where three sisters enter walia mansion they give letter to tony butler, and tony takes to Mr. walia. When Jai walia reads the letter he had a horrified look on his face, when he leraned that three sisters are from mount abu and they are kiran's daughter. But I think that jai is not involved in anything and i think he is just feling guilty about happened. Who knows what's the secret that jai and roshni hiding from bani.
